【摘要】：目的:通過對中醫(yī)推拿治療脾失健運(yùn)型小兒厭食癥的量化評價(jià),驗(yàn)證其療效,并探討其作用機(jī)理。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的脾失健運(yùn)型厭食癥患兒60例,隨機(jī)分為治療組(采用中醫(yī)推拿治療)和對照組(口服小兒消食片)各30例。記錄患兒治療前、治療期間訪視1、訪視2、訪視3、訪視4(治療后)的癥狀、體征積分,四周后對比觀察兩組患兒癥狀、體征、唾液SIgA含量的變化,并對兩組的臨床療效進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果:1.治療組總有效率96.67%,痊愈率40%;對照組總有效率62.07%,痊愈率13.79%,兩組療效比較差異非常顯著(P0.01),痊愈率比較差異顯著(P0.05)。2.治療組治療前后患兒癥狀、體征、唾液SIgA含量比較差異均非常顯著(P0.01)。3.兩組治療后癥狀總積分、體征總積分比較差異均非常顯著(P0.01),唾液SIgA含量比較差異顯著(P0.05)。提示治療組臨床療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:本研究中醫(yī)推拿組穴治療小兒厭食癥療效確切、操作簡便,具有顯著的中醫(yī)特色,為臨床規(guī)范化推拿治療小兒厭食癥提供了新的思路,值得大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate quantitatively the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage in treating anorexia of children with spleen failure, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 cases of children with anorexia of incapacitated spleen were included in this study. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage) and control group (oral Xiaoshi tablets). The symptoms and signs of the patients were recorded before and during treatment, including 1, 2, 3, and 4 (after treatment), respectively. After four weeks, the changes of symptoms, signs and saliva SIgA content in the two groups were compared and observed. Results: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.677.The cure rate was 400.The total effective rate of the control group was 62.07 and the cure rate was 13.79.The difference between the two groups was very significant (P0.01A, P 0.050.2.The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Symptoms of children before and after treatment, The difference of saliva SIgA content was very significant (P 0.01). The total symptom score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 01). There were significant differences in the total score of physical signs and saliva SIgA content. It was suggested that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of the Chinese massage group on children anorexia is accurate and easy to operate. It provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of infantile anorexia and is worth popularizing.
