【摘要】：目的：本研究運用烏鱉口服液治療心腎不交型卵巢早衰,通過觀察患者治療前后臨床癥狀、性激素水平、平均卵巢直徑、竇卵泡數等,探討烏鱉口服液治療心腎不交型卵巢早衰的臨床療效,以期為本病的治療提供理論依據。方法：本研究選擇自2015年4月至2016年2月期間在江蘇省中醫(yī)院婦科門診就診,并確診為心腎不交型卵巢早衰的患者共40例,采用自身前后對照的方法,均予以烏鱉口服液治療,3個月為一個療程,觀察2個療程,通過比較治療前后患者臨床癥狀,月經來潮情況,血清FSH、E2、 LH值,中醫(yī)癥狀積分,平均卵巢直徑,竇卵泡數等方面判斷本治療方法對心腎不交型POF患者的療效。結果：1.40例患者治療后,無月經正常來潮者；半年內月經來潮2次以上有5例；月經間有來潮,半年內至少來潮1次的有28例；半年內月經始終未潮的有7例。2.治療后患者主要癥狀積分較治療前明顯下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)；治療后患者中醫(yī)總癥狀積分較治療前明顯下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。3.治療后患者FSH、LH較治療前明顯下降,E2水平較治療前明顯升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。4.治療后患者平均卵巢直徑較治療前稍有增加,竇卵泡數較治療前明顯增多,差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。5.40例患者中無治愈病例,顯效7例(占17.5%),有效28例(占70%),無效5例(占12.5%),總有效率87.5%。結論：烏鱉口服液能夠有效緩解心腎不交型卵巢早衰患者的臨床癥狀,降低血清FSH、LH水平,升高E2水平,促進卵泡發(fā)育,增加竇卵泡數,臨床療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical symptoms, sex hormone level, mean ovarian diameter, number of antral follicles and so on in the treatment of premature ovarian failure of heart and kidney disjoint type by using Wu-shou oral liquid, and to observe the clinical symptoms, sex hormone level, average ovarian diameter and number of antral follicles. To explore the clinical effect of Wuqiu oral liquid on premature ovarian failure of heart and kidney disjoint type, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease. Methods: from April 2015 to February 2016, this study chose to visit the gynecological clinic of Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. 40 cases of premature ovarian failure with heart and kidney disjoint type were treated with the oral liquid of Wu-shelled turtle before and after the treatment. The clinical symptoms of the patients were compared before and after the treatment, 3 months as a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment, and the clinical symptoms of the patients were compared before and after the treatment. Menstrual onset, serum FSHE _ 2, LH, TCM symptom score, mean ovarian diameter, number of antral follicles, etc. There were 5 cases of menorrhagia more than 2 times in half a year; 28 cases of menorrhagia occurred during menstruation, at least once in half a year; and 7 cases (.2.) who had never had menstruation within half a year. After treatment, the scores of main symptoms of patients decreased obviously compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the total symptom score of Chinese medicine after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05 路3.The level of E _ 2 in patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the level of E _ 2 was significantly higher than that before treatment). After treatment, the mean ovarian diameter and the number of antral follicles were slightly increased and the number of antral follicles was significantly increased. There were significant effects in 7 cases (17.5%), effective 28 cases (705%), ineffective 5 cases (12.5%), total effective rate 87.55.Conclusion: Wuqiu oral liquid can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, decrease the level of serum FSHN LH and increase the level of E2 in patients with premature ovarian failure with heart and kidney disjoint type. Promoting follicle development and increasing the number of antral follicles is effective.
