【摘要】：目的:采用臨床觀察的方法,觀察知柏地黃湯加減對更年期女性慢性下腰痛的臨床療效及更年期綜合征對腰痛的影響,并與西藥對照組比較,以暨探討知柏地黃湯加減治療更年期女性慢性下腰痛的優(yōu)勢及機(jī)理。方法:根據(jù)更年期女性慢性下腰痛的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取2014年8月至2016年3月我院治療的60例更年期女性伴慢性下腰痛患者,把60例患者隨機(jī)組合后分成觀察組及對照組,每組30人。對照組給以常規(guī)抗骨質(zhì)疏松類西藥治療,觀察組給以知柏地黃湯加減治療。觀察對照兩組患者的更年期綜合征癥狀及治療前后腰部疼痛、功能活動改善情況。結(jié)果:兩組更年期慢性下腰痛女性患者的病史資料對比不同無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㧐0.05),具有相比性。給予知柏地黃湯加減治療的患者總有效率為86.67%,給予常規(guī)抗骨質(zhì)疏松類西藥治療總有效率為66.67%,知柏地黃湯組臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差別存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05);通過對兩組患者治療前與治療后更年期癥狀及腰部疼痛、功能活動進(jìn)行打分,將獲得的數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理,具有顯著性差別(P0.05);治療后知柏地黃湯組的更年期癥狀明顯減輕,腰部疼痛、功能活動方面的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于比較組,兩組比較差別有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論:1.更年期綜合征對于女性慢性下腰痛有影響,通過改善其更年期癥狀,可以達(dá)到緩解患者腰痛,改善腰部功能活動的作用。2.知柏地黃湯加減治療更年期女性慢性下腰痛,療效確切,未見明顯副反應(yīng),且遠(yuǎn)期療效穩(wěn)定,病情反復(fù)率較低,可明顯改善患者生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Zhibaidihuang decoction on chronic low back pain in climacteric women and the effect of climacteric syndrome on low back pain, and to compare it with the control group of western medicine. To explore the advantage and mechanism of Zhibai Dihuang decoction in the treatment of chronic low back pain in climacteric women. Methods: according to the selection criteria of chronic low back pain in menopausal women, From August 2014 to March 2016, 60 climacteric women with chronic low back pain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The observation group was treated with Zhibaidihuang decoction. The symptoms of climacteric syndrome and pain in the waist before and after treatment were observed in the control group. Results: two groups of menopausal chronic low back pain female patients with different medical history data were not statistically significant? The total effective rate of patients treated with Zhibai Dihuang decoction was 86.67 and that of routine anti-osteoporosis medicine was 66.67.The clinical effect of Zhibaidihuang decoction group was obviously better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the climacteric symptoms, lumbar pain and functional activities of the two groups were scored, and the data obtained were statistically analyzed, with significant difference (P0.05); after treatment, the climacteric symptoms in the Zhibaidihuang decoction group were obviously alleviated. The degree of improvement in waist pain and functional activity was significantly better than that in the comparison group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: 1. Climacteric syndrome has an effect on chronic low back pain in women. By improving its climacteric symptoms, it can relieve the low back pain of patients and improve the function of waist function. 2. Zhibai Dihuang decoction can be used to treat chronic low back pain in climacteric women. The curative effect is definite, no obvious side effect is seen, and the long-term curative effect is stable, the recurrence rate of the disease is low, it can obviously improve the quality of life of the patients, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
