【摘要】：自《中華中醫(yī)藥學(xué)會標(biāo)準(zhǔn)·中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定》頒布實施以來,在臨床應(yīng)用過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)濕熱體質(zhì)與濕熱證混淆問題,從而導(dǎo)致兩者遣藥用方指向性并不明確。鑒于此首先從辨識內(nèi)容、調(diào)治目的、主藥及其配伍3個方面對濕熱體質(zhì)與濕熱證進行辨析,并以臨床中常見的濕熱體質(zhì)與濕熱證并見為例強化兩者的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系。重點介紹濕熱體質(zhì)主藥主方的篩選方法,通過對濕熱體質(zhì)調(diào)體主藥黃芩、黃連、茵陳、滑石以及濕熱體質(zhì)調(diào)體主方甘露消毒丹深入細致的探析,明確濕熱體質(zhì)遣藥用方的專屬特點。對于濕熱體質(zhì)調(diào)理方案的規(guī)范化制定和實施具有較高的臨床指導(dǎo)價值。

For example focuses on the screening method of damp heat constitution main drug main party, based on the damp heat constitution adjustment body main medicine Huang Qin, Coptis, wormwood, talc and analysis of the main body of damp heat transfer Ganluxiaodu Dan deeply, exclusive features clear damp heat constitution party. For the task of medicinal standardization of damp heat constitution conditioning program formulation and implementation has high clinical value.
