【摘要】：清代醫(yī)家徐靈胎于《醫(yī)學(xué)源流論》首次提出"有藥無(wú)方"與"有方無(wú)藥",此論直指當(dāng)世醫(yī)家臨證處方用藥之流弊。徐靈性尋本溯源,究心醫(yī)典,所論"有藥無(wú)方",臨證按病用藥,藥雖切中而立方無(wú)法;又論"有方無(wú)藥",執(zhí)方治病,罔思藥證而不依癥別裁;示人"有方有藥",守立方歸旨而兼善權(quán)變。用藥?kù)`變?nèi)舸?可臻善境。古人制方加減微妙精詳不可思議,后世諸家臨證活法靈機(jī)變化存心。古今異軌,制方之義,頗有不同。
[Abstract]:Xu Ling, a physician in the Qing Dynasty, first proposed "there is no prescription" and "there is no medicine" in the Theory of the Origin of Medicine. This theory directly refers to the disadvantages of prescribing medicine by doctors in the world. "there is no prescription for medicine," according to the clinical symptoms of medicine, although the drug is right and cubic can not; on the "prescription without medicine", the prescription treatment, think about the drug syndrome and not according to the disease, show that people "have medicine", according to the purpose of the cube and good power change. If this is the case, The ancients add and subtract subtle refinement and inconceivable, and all the later generations intend to change the mechanism of living law. The ancient and modern different systems, the meaning of the system, quite different.
