【摘要】：目的:本研究通過觀察理郁升陷湯加減治療胃下垂(肝胃不和型)在中醫(yī)證候學、X線鋇餐、總有效率等方面來評價其臨床療效及安全性,試從理論和臨床研究兩個方面探索其作用機理,從而為中醫(yī)藥治療本病提供理論依據。方法:將74例門診患者按就診順序,采用完全隨機數字表法,按1:1比例將所觀察病例隨機分為治療組37例(脫落2例),對照組37例(脫落2例),治療組給予理郁升陷湯加減治療,每日早晚分服,每次1袋(100ml,中藥飲片的購置與藥液的煎煮由河南省中醫(yī)院中藥房專人負責)。對照組給予口服胃蘇沖劑治療,每日3次,每次1袋。治療12周后,觀察兩組治療前后患者的中醫(yī)證候療效、X線鋇餐值以及安全性指標和不良反應事件。結果:(1)中醫(yī)證候療效方面:按照中醫(yī)證候療效評定標準進行評價分析,治療組總有效率為94.27%;對照組總有效率為74.28%。兩組相比有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);(2)X線鋇餐值監(jiān)測方面:治療組總有效率為80.00%;對照組為51.40%。兩組相比有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);(3)綜合療效比較:治療組痊愈1例、好轉6例、有效26例、無效2例,總有效率為94.30%;對照組痊愈0例、好轉6例、有效18例、無效11例,總有效率為68.60%.兩組相比有統(tǒng)計學差異(P=0.040.05)。結論:理郁升陷湯加減治療胃下垂(肝胃不和型)療效確切,能顯著、全面改善胃下垂患者的中醫(yī)證候、X線鋇餐,總有效率高,臨床應用安全有效,是治療胃下垂的有效方劑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Liyusheng decoction in the treatment of gastric ptosis (hepatogastric disharmony type) in the aspects of TCM syndromes, X-ray barium meal, total effective rate and so on. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease, 74 outpatients were treated in full random digital table, according to the order of seeing a doctor, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease. According to the ratio of 1: 1, the observed cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 37) and control group (n = 37). Each bag was 100 ml, the purchase of traditional Chinese medicine tablets and the decoction of medicine solution were handled by the Chinese medicine department of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. The control group was treated with oral Weisu granule, 3 times a day, 1 bag each time. After 12 weeks of treatment, the control group was treated with Weisu granules. Observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome barium meal, safety index and adverse events before and after treatment in two groups. Results the curative effect of TCM syndromes was evaluated according to the evaluation standard of TCM syndromes. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.27; the total effective rate of the control group was 74.28. There was statistical difference between the two groups: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.005; the control group was 51.40. There was statistical difference between the two groups. In the treatment group, 1 case was cured, 6 cases were improved, 26 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.30%, while in the control group, 0 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, 18 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 68.60. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P 0.040.05). Conclusion: Liyusheng decoction is effective in treating gastric ptosis (hepatogastric disharmony type), and it can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with gastric prolapse, and the total effective rate is high. Clinical application is safe and effective, is an effective prescription for the treatment of gastric prolapse.
