【摘要】：目的:以Meta分析的手段為依據(jù),真實(shí)而有效的對(duì)化濁行血方減少短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作次數(shù)及其安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),旨在能為臨床恰當(dāng)而安全的選擇用藥以及中醫(yī)治未病方向提供客觀參考,期能夠增強(qiáng)中醫(yī)藥在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)勢(shì)。方法:對(duì)Cochrane圖書館、Pubmed、Embase、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CBM)、維普(VIP)、CNKI、萬(wàn)方數(shù)(WF)等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行檢索,既定關(guān)鍵詞是:“隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn)”、“化濁行血方”和“短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作”,納入僅應(yīng)用化濁行血方和安慰劑或其他非化濁行血方相關(guān)藥物的臨床研究,嚴(yán)格依據(jù)既定的納入以及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)篩查,嚴(yán)格遵守篩選文獻(xiàn)時(shí)的獨(dú)立性,客觀進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),交叉核對(duì)提取的原始資料,同時(shí)行異質(zhì)性及敏感性分析,從而完成Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入符合既定條件的研究有3個(gè),皆是隨機(jī)對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn),其具體進(jìn)行地皆是中國(guó),共含245例實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,其中試驗(yàn)組123例,對(duì)照組122例,都確診是短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作。所測(cè)方向中,若I250%,P0.1,則以固定效應(yīng)模型為分析方法。綜合分析結(jié)果,化濁行血方在減少短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作發(fā)作次數(shù)及促進(jìn)相關(guān)血液指標(biāo)趨于正常方面,明顯比西藥對(duì)照組更具優(yōu)勢(shì),且相對(duì)安全。結(jié)論:化濁行血方治療短暫性腦缺血發(fā)作臨床療效確切,支持臨床選擇用藥。因契合既定納入要求的文獻(xiàn)量不多、涉及的樣本量不大、文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量相對(duì)不高等因素,致使本研究存在某些程度上的局限,相關(guān)方面的研究及探索尚需更深入的充實(shí)及豐滿。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the safety of Huazhuoxingxue recipe in reducing the frequency of transient ischemic attack based on Meta analysis. The aim is to provide an objective reference for the proper and safe choice of medicine and the direction of treating the disease in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: the Cochrane Library, China Biomedical Literature Database, China Biomedical Literature Database and other databases, such as Cochrane Library, China Biomedical Literature Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, etc. The established key words were: "randomized controlled clinical trial", "Huazhuoxingxue recipe" and "transient ischemic attack", and included in the clinical study of Huazhuoxingxue prescription and placebo or other non-Huazhuoxue prescription related drugs. The relevant documents were screened strictly according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, the independence of the screening documents was strictly observed, the quality evaluation was carried out objectively, the raw data was cross-checked and extracted, and the heterogeneity and sensitivity analysis were carried out at the same time. Results: there were 3 randomized controlled clinical trials, all of which were conducted in China, including 123 cases in the experimental group and 122 cases in the control group. All were diagnosed as transient ischemic attacks. In the direction measured, if I 250 and P 0.1, the fixed effect model was used as the analytical method. Huazhuoxingxue recipe has more advantages than the western medicine control group in reducing the frequency of transient ischemic attack and promoting the related blood indexes to normal. Conclusion: Huazhuoxingxue prescription is effective in the treatment of transient ischemic attack and supports clinical choice of medicine. As a result, there are some limitations in this study, and the related research and exploration need to be more substantial and full.
