【摘要】：本文認為血壓與中醫(yī)學的"血氣"名有異而意相近,提出血壓的升高是氣(陽)機逆亂、血(陰)循紊亂導致的陰陽失衡的結果,與血管穩(wěn)態(tài)失衡機制有相通之處。高血壓病的防治以調(diào)和臟腑氣血陰陽為旨的和血法為總則,以體現(xiàn)治法陰陽屬性的潛(瀉)、育(補)為綱,潛陽育陰,并提出和血六法。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the blood pressure is similar to the name of "blood qi" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is suggested that the rise of blood pressure is the result of the imbalance of yin and yang caused by the disorder of qi (yang) and the disorder of blood (yin). The prevention and treatment of hypertension take the harmony of viscera qi and blood yin and yang as the principle and blood method as the general principle, take the latent (Xiexiao, Yuyu (supplement)) of the treatment method as the outline, the latent yang nourishes the yin, and puts forward the six methods of blood.
