【摘要】：慢性偏頭痛是致殘率高但關(guān)注度不足的一種神經(jīng)功能障礙疾病。大量的臨床研究表明中國傳統(tǒng)的針刺療法是一種療效高、不良反應(yīng)少的治療方式。通過對1981年至2017年中國知網(wǎng)及Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫中針灸和偏頭痛相關(guān)的文獻進行分析總結(jié),探索針刺對慢性偏頭痛神經(jīng)可塑性影響機制。認為慢性偏頭痛的進展涉及神經(jīng)可塑性在神經(jīng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的改變,并從電生理、分子生化和影像學(xué)3個方面論證偏頭痛慢性化過程中與神經(jīng)敏化有關(guān)的神經(jīng)可塑性;針刺亦通過其神經(jīng)可塑性機制治療和預(yù)防慢性偏頭痛,但目前并沒有相關(guān)的文獻總結(jié),阻礙了針刺治療慢性偏頭痛的進一步傳播和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Chronic migraine is a kind of neurologic disorder with high disability rate but insufficient attention. A large number of clinical studies have shown that Chinese traditional acupuncture therapy is a kind of high curative effect. From 1981 to 2017, the literature related to acupuncture and migraine in Pub Med database were analyzed and summarized. To explore the mechanism of the effect of acupuncture on the neural plasticity of chronic migraine. It is believed that the progress of chronic migraine involves the changes of neural plasticity in the structure and function of the nerve, and from the electrophysiology, Molecular biochemical and imaging studies demonstrated the neuroplasticity related to neurosensitization in the process of chronic migraine, acupuncture also treated and prevented chronic migraine through its neuroplasticity mechanism, but there is no relevant literature summary. It hinders the further spread and development of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic migraine.
