【摘要】：目的：通過研究針刺陰陵泉穴對(duì)腦梗死患者心率變異性(heart rate variability)產(chǎn)生的影響,觀察該穴是否能夠引起腦梗死患者自主神經(jīng)機(jī)能的改變,為臨床治療腦血管疾病患者合并自主神經(jīng)失調(diào)提供參考依據(jù)。方法：隨機(jī)性納入在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院住院治療的30例腦梗死患者作為研究對(duì)象(男18人,女12人,年齡范圍40-80歲)。對(duì)30例患者實(shí)施針刺陰陵泉穴治療,分別于治療前5min、針刺時(shí)、留針5min、留針10min、留針15min、留針20min、出針后5min,使用medilog(?) AR12動(dòng)態(tài)心電記錄儀監(jiān)測(cè)30例患者的心率變異性,記錄其各參考值,高頻功率(HF)、低頻功率(LF)、LF/HF、LF%、VLF%、ULF%等數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出,并將數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS 20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析針刺前、留針、行針、出針后各指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,P0.05具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果：1.HF%、LF%、HF、LF與針刺前比較呈降低趨勢(shì)(P0.05),2.ULF%、VLF%與治療前比較呈上升趨勢(shì)(P0.05),3. LogHF/LF針刺時(shí)、出針后與針刺前比較明顯升高(P0.05),4.PNN50、SDNN出針后與針刺前比較明顯降低(P0.05),5. RMSSD、ULF、VLF針刺時(shí)、針刺后、出針后與針刺前比較均未發(fā)生明顯變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論：1.針刺陰陵泉穴可有效控制患者自主神經(jīng)的平衡。2.針刺陰陵泉穴對(duì)腦梗死患者心率變異性有顯著性影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of acupuncture on heart rate rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction, and to observe whether the point can cause the changes of autonomic nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 30 patients with cerebral infarction (18 males and 12 females) who were hospitalized in the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly included in the study. The age range was 40-80 years old. 30 patients were treated with acupuncture at Yinling Quan, 5 min before treatment, 5 min after acupuncture, 5 min after acupuncture, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min after acupuncture, 5 min after injection, 5 min after acupuncture, 5 min after acupuncture, and 5 min after acupuncture. AR12 dynamic ECG recorder was used to monitor the heart rate variability of 30 patients, to record the reference values, to record the reference values, to record the reference values, to record the high frequency power, low frequency power, low frequency power, low frequency power, and so on, to export the data, and to input the data into the SPSS 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, then to keep the needle, and to carry out the needle, and then to carry out the needle before the acupuncture, and the data were recorded in the SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Compared with before acupuncture, there was a significant increase in P0.05 + PNN50 / SDNN. After acupuncture and before acupuncture, P0.05 was significantly lower than that before acupuncture. When RMSSDS-ULFFVLF was needled, after acupuncture, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and after acupuncture, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant change after acupuncture and before acupuncture. Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture at Yinlingquan can effectively control the balance of autonomic nerve. 2. Acupuncture at Yinlingquan has a significant effect on heart rate variability in patients with cerebral infarction.
