【摘要】：目的:觀察調(diào)經(jīng)止血湯加減及白柏膠囊治療氣虛型月經(jīng)過多的臨床療效及療效差異性。方法:入組患者選擇2014年6月至2015年9月于長春中醫(yī)大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院婦科門診就診的患者,從中選擇符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的70名患者,隨機(jī)分入治療組和對照組,每組各35人,治療組給予口服調(diào)經(jīng)止血湯加減治療,對照組給予口服白柏膠囊治療。均于月經(jīng)第一天始服,每個(gè)月經(jīng)周期連服7日,共觀察3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。服用臨床觀察藥物期間不可同時(shí)服用其他有止血作用或可能影響凝血功能的藥物,密切觀察每位患者治療過程中的經(jīng)量變化,比較治療前后癥狀積分的變化,并將治療組和對照組的臨床療效進(jìn)行分析評價(jià)。結(jié)果:治療組35例患者中痊愈6人,顯效16人,有效11人,無效2人,痊愈率17.14%,顯效率45.71%,有效率31.42%,無效率5.71%,總有效率為94.3%,治療效果顯著。比較治療前后癥狀積分,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對照組35例患者中痊愈3人,顯效10人,有效15人,無效7人,痊愈率8.57%,顯效率28.57%,有效率42.86%,無效率20.00%,總有效率為80.0%,治療效果顯著。比較治療前后癥狀積分,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。將治療組與對照組的臨床療效進(jìn)行對比的結(jié)果為:治療組的療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:通過對70例氣虛型月經(jīng)過多患者的觀察,得出結(jié)論:調(diào)經(jīng)止血湯和白柏膠囊均能有效減少月經(jīng)量(MBL),止血療效可靠。但調(diào)經(jīng)止血湯療效明顯優(yōu)于白柏膠囊,值得進(jìn)一步研究和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect and curative effect difference of Tiaojing Zhixue decoction and Baibai capsule in treating menorrhagia of qi deficiency type. Methods: the patients in the group were selected from June 2014 to September 2015 in the department of gynecology clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral Tiaojing Zhixue decoction, and the control group was treated with Baibai capsule. All of them were taken on the first day of menstruation. Take each menstrual cycle continuously on 7th, observe a total of 3 menstrual cycles. While taking the clinical observation medicine, do not take other drugs that have the function of hemostasis or may affect the coagulation function at the same time, closely observe each patient's menstrual volume change during the course of treatment, The changes of symptom score before and after treatment were compared, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were analyzed and evaluated. Results: in the treatment group, 6 patients were cured, 16 patients were significantly effective, 11 patients were effective, and 2 patients were ineffective. The cure rate was 17.14, the markedly effective rate was 45.71, the effective rate was 31.42, the total effective rate was 5.71, the total effective rate was 94.33.Compared with the symptom score before and after treatment, it had statistical significance (P 0.05). In the control group, 3 patients were cured, 10 patients were significantly effective, 15 patients were effective, and 7 patients were ineffective. The cure rate was 8.57, the effective rate was 28.57, the effective rate was 42.86, the inefficiency was 20.00, the total effective rate was 80.0, the therapeutic effect was remarkable. The results of comparison between the treatment group and the control group are as follows: the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group. Conclusion: both Tiaojing Zhixue decoction and Baibai capsule can effectively reduce the menstrual volume of MBL, but the curative effect of Tiaojing Zhixue decoction is obviously better than that of Baibai capsule, which is worthy of further study and popularization.
