【摘要】：目的觀察不同中醫(yī)體質(zhì)人群中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺得分及穴位生物電信號(hào)特征,并探討二者的相關(guān)性。方法 79例受試者采用中醫(yī)體質(zhì)分類與判定量表分別篩選符合典型陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)和平和質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化分?jǐn)?shù)人群分別為32例、28例和19例,采用系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)電子測(cè)量?jī)x檢測(cè)各組受試者體表左右十二原穴及八脈交會(huì)穴的生物電信號(hào)值,并對(duì)中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分與十二原穴及八脈交會(huì)穴生物電信號(hào)值進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果 79例受試者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分僅與右側(cè)神門穴生物電信號(hào)值呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)組受試者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分與左側(cè)足臨泣穴生物電信號(hào)值呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);陰虛質(zhì)組受試者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分與左側(cè)列缺穴、外關(guān)穴、公孫穴,以及右側(cè)沖陽(yáng)穴、列缺穴生物電信號(hào)值呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與右側(cè)太淵穴生物電信號(hào)值呈負(fù)相關(guān);平和質(zhì)組受試者中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分和與左側(cè)大陵穴、神門穴、腕骨穴、公孫穴生物電信號(hào)值呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與左側(cè)內(nèi)關(guān)穴、列缺穴、外關(guān)穴,以及右側(cè)列缺穴、外關(guān)穴生物電信號(hào)值分別呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論原穴及八脈交會(huì)穴生物電信號(hào)值檢測(cè)可以為體質(zhì)判別提供參考,陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)和平和質(zhì)人群十二原穴及八脈交會(huì)穴生物電信號(hào)值與中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表中相關(guān)溫度覺總分有一定相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the characteristics of temperature scores and bioelectrical signals of acupoints in the TCM physique scale of different TCM physique population. Methods Seventy-nine subjects were selected by TCM constitution classification and judgment scale to fit the typical Yang deficiency, and 32 cases were divided into 32 cases and 19 cases, respectively. The bioelectric signals of 12 original points and eight pulse crossing points on the body surface of the subjects in each group were detected by the system state electronic measuring instrument. The correlation analysis was made between the correlation temperature total score of TCM constitution scale and the bioelectric signal value of 12 original point and Baimai intersection point. Results the correlation temperature total score of 79 subjects with the right Shenmen point was only related to the total score of temperature perception in the Chinese medicine constitution scale. There was a negative correlation between the bioelectric signal value (P0.05), the correlation temperature total score in the TCM physique scale of the Yang deficiency group and the bioelectric signal value of the left foot sobbing point, and the correlation temperature perception total in the TCM physique scale of the yin-deficiency group. And left side of the missing points, Waiguan acupoint, Gongsun acupoint, right Chong Yang point, and right Chong Yang point, were positively correlated with the bioelectrical signals of the right Taiyuan acupoint, and negatively correlated with the bioelectrical signals of the right Taiyuan acupoint; the total relative temperature scores in the TCM physique scale of the subjects in the mild and qualitative group and the left Daling acupoint were significantly higher than those in the control group. The bioelectric signals of Shenmen acupoint, carpal bone acupoint and Gongsun acupoint were positively correlated with the left Neiguan point, column deficient point, Waiguan point, and right side point. The bioelectrical signals of Waiguan acupoint were negatively correlated with that of P0.05.Conclusion the detection of bioelectric signals at original points and Bimai intersection points can provide a reference for the identification of physique. There was a certain correlation between the bioelectrical signals of 12 original points and eight Maimai crossover points and the total score of temperature perception in TCM physique scale.
