不同強(qiáng)度按法對(duì)急性閉合性軟組織損傷家兔的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察不同強(qiáng)度按法對(duì)急性閉合性軟組織損傷家兔的五羥色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2, PGE2)以及病理學(xué)上的影響。方法動(dòng)物采用中國(guó)長(zhǎng)耳兔,體重在2.5-3kg由浙江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中心提供,造模前先將中國(guó)長(zhǎng)耳兔適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)1周,造模成功的100只中國(guó)長(zhǎng)耳兔隨機(jī)平均分為對(duì)照組、實(shí)驗(yàn)A(250g)組、實(shí)驗(yàn)B(500g)組、實(shí)驗(yàn)C(1000g)組和實(shí)驗(yàn)D(2000g)組,每組20只。再根據(jù)處死時(shí)間(按壓10min后、第2天、第四天及第八天)分為1、2、3、4四個(gè)亞組;即對(duì)照組1,實(shí)驗(yàn)組A1、B1、C1、D1,每組五只。所有動(dòng)物在造模成功后及干預(yù)后處死前取耳緣靜脈血4ml左右用于五羥色胺的檢測(cè)。剪取處死兔受打擊部位的中心且呈青紫色的肌肉組織,做蘇木精-伊紅染色用于病理觀察以及前列腺素E2的檢測(cè)。結(jié)果各實(shí)驗(yàn)組均可降低外周血中五羥色胺的含量,且各組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。各實(shí)驗(yàn)組均降低了前列腺素E2的含量,但A組與B組優(yōu)于C組及D組。A與B兩組間無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,C與D間也無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。各實(shí)驗(yàn)組均不能改善急性閉合性軟組織損傷兔的病理學(xué)指標(biāo),且與對(duì)照組及各組之間無(wú)明顯差異。結(jié)論不同強(qiáng)度按法對(duì)急性閉合性軟組織損傷兔的五羥色胺及前列腺素E2都有調(diào)節(jié)作用,250g和500g壓力組療效更為顯著。幾種強(qiáng)度按法均不能改善急性閉合性軟組織損傷兔病理學(xué)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of different intensities on serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HTG, prostaglandin E2prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and pathology in rabbits with acute closed soft tissue injury. The weight of 2.5-3kg was provided by the Animal experiment Center of Zhejiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 100 Chinese long-eared rabbits were fed adaptively for one week before modeling. The 100 Chinese long-eared rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: control group, experimental group (250 g) and experimental group (B _ (500 g)). 20 rats in each group were divided into 4 subgroups according to the time of execution (after 10 minutes, 2 days, 4th days and 8 days). That is, the control group 1, the experimental group A1B1B1C1C1D1, each group of five. All animals after the success of the model and the intervention before the death of the auricular vein blood about 4 ml for the detection of serotonin. Cut to kill the rabbit hit the center of the muscle tissue and blue color, Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used for pathological observation and prostaglandin E2 detection. Results all experimental groups could reduce the content of serotonin in peripheral blood, and there was no statistical difference among the groups. The content of prostaglandin E 2 was decreased in each experimental group. But there was no statistical difference between group A and group B compared with group C and group D. there was no significant difference between group C and group D. all experimental groups could not improve the pathological indexes of rabbits with acute closed soft tissue injury. Conclusion the effect of different intensities on serotonin and prostaglandin E _ 2 in acute closed soft tissue injury rabbits is more significant than that in the pressure group of 250g and 500g. The pathological indexes of rabbits with acute closed soft tissue injury could not be improved by the method.
