【摘要】：目的探討我院自制關節(jié)扭挫傷熏洗劑治療腕關節(jié)扭挫傷的臨床療效。方法將120例腕關節(jié)扭挫傷的患者按照門診號隨機分為對照組和觀察組各60例,對照組采用常規(guī)治療,觀察組采用關節(jié)扭挫傷熏洗劑治療,治療7d后用自擬療效標準評價兩組療效。結(jié)果中藥熏洗組治愈率96.7%,顯效率1.7%,有效率1.7%,無效率0%;優(yōu)于常規(guī)對照組的治愈率56.7%,顯效率21.6%,有效率20.0%,無效率1.7%。結(jié)論關節(jié)扭挫傷洗劑治療腕關節(jié)扭挫傷能更好緩解腕關節(jié)疼痛,改善腕關節(jié)功能,臨床療效滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of self-made fumigation lotion on wrist joint contusion. Methods 120 cases of wrist contusion were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60). The observation group was treated with fumigation lotion for joint contusion. Results the cure rate of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing group was 96.7g, the effective rate was 1.7g, the effective rate was 1.7g, and the inefficiency was 0.The cure rate was better than that of the routine control group (56.7%), the effective rate was 21.6g%, the effective rate was 20.0%, and the inefficiency was 1.7%. Conclusion the joint torsion is better than that of the routine control group, and the curative rate is 56.7, the effective rate is 21.6and the effective rate is 20.0. Contusion lotion can better relieve wrist pain by treating wrist torsion contusion. The function of wrist joint is improved and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
