【摘要】：目的:觀察五倍子湯熏洗結(jié)合四黃膏外敷對(duì)痔術(shù)后疼痛的臨床療效。方法:選取78例痔術(shù)后疼痛住院患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組各39例。兩組術(shù)后均予常規(guī)治療,在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照組予1∶5000高錳酸鉀溶液熏洗,治療組予五倍子湯熏洗結(jié)合四黃膏外敷,觀察并記錄兩組肛門疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分(VAS)及并發(fā)癥狀。結(jié)果:兩組術(shù)后第1天,VAS評(píng)分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);術(shù)后第3天及第7天,VAS評(píng)分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對(duì)照組有2例出現(xiàn)術(shù)后輕度肛門水腫癥狀,經(jīng)持續(xù)觀察后癥狀減輕,有2例出現(xiàn)術(shù)后出血癥狀,經(jīng)持續(xù)觀察和換藥后癥狀消失,有1例疼痛劇烈,口服止痛藥后癥狀緩解。治療組有1例出現(xiàn)術(shù)后出血癥狀,經(jīng)持續(xù)觀察和換藥后癥狀消除。結(jié)論:五倍子湯熏洗結(jié)合四黃膏外敷能有效減輕痔術(shù)后患者的疼痛癥狀,并減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,是治療痔術(shù)后疼痛的安全有效方式,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese gall decoction fumigation and washing combined with Sihuang ointment on postoperative hemorrhoids pain. Methods: 78 patients with postoperative hemorrhoids pain were selected. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given 1: 5 000 potassium permanganate solution fumigation, and the treatment group was treated with Chinese gall soup fumigation and external application of Sihuang ointment. The visual analogue score of anal pain (VAS) and complications were observed and recorded. Results: there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups on the 1st day after operation (P 0.05), but on the 3rd and 7th day after operation, there were significant differences in VAS score between the two groups (P 0.05). There were 2 cases with mild anal edema after operation in the group A, After continuous observation, there were 2 cases of postoperative bleeding symptoms, 1 case of severe pain, 1 case of postoperative bleeding symptoms, 1 case of severe pain after continuous observation, 1 case of treatment group, 1 case of postoperative bleeding symptoms, 1 case of severe pain relief after oral administration of painkillers, 1 case of treatment group, 1 case of postoperative bleeding symptoms, and 1 case of treatment group. Conclusion: the combination of Chinese gall decoction and Sihuang ointment can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients after hemorrhoids operation and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is a safe and effective way to treat postoperative pain of hemorrhoids. It is worth popularizing and applying.
