【摘要】：目的:通過對前期已形成的兒童肺炎病證結(jié)合療效評價量表條目池的篩選,為下一步量表的考評及最終形成奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法:臨床調(diào)查共收集350例樣本(150例健康人、200例兒童社區(qū)獲得性肺炎患者),采用專家問卷法、離散趨勢法、重復(fù)測量法、相關(guān)系數(shù)法、克朗巴赫系數(shù)法、因子分析和Logistic回歸分析等統(tǒng)計方法對預(yù)調(diào)查量表進行條目篩選。結(jié)果:綜合7種方法結(jié)果,最后保留條目18個。結(jié)論:兒童肺炎病證結(jié)合療效評價量表的條目篩選可以在臨床流行病學(xué)資料的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合多種統(tǒng)計方法展開。
[Abstract]:Objective : To establish a foundation for the evaluation and final formation of the next scale by combining the screening of the Child Pneumonia Syndrome with the curative effect evaluation scale entry pool . Results : The clinical investigation collected 350 samples ( 150 healthy persons and 200 children ' s community acquired pneumonia ) . The results were as follows : The results of 7 methods were combined with the statistical methods such as repeated measurement , correlation coefficient method , Klonbach coefficient method , factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis .
