【摘要】：目的觀察益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方對(duì)糖尿病腦梗死患者SDF-1水平的影響,探討其對(duì)糖尿病腦梗死的干預(yù)機(jī)制。方法選取2型糖尿病合并腦梗死患者共60例,隨機(jī)分成治療組30例,對(duì)照組30例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療,治療組在西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上加服中藥益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方,在治療終點(diǎn)應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析兩組患者SDF-1水平的變化及臨床療效。結(jié)果治療組患者血漿SDF-1濃度(124.91±20.53)pg/ml較對(duì)照組(105.8±25.03)pg/ml明顯升高,治療組低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(1.17±0.55)mmol/L較對(duì)照組(1.83±0.53)mmol/L明顯下降、治療組糖化血紅蛋白水平(4.86±0.85)%較對(duì)照組(5.6±0.88)%明顯下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論益氣養(yǎng)陰活血方加西藥基礎(chǔ)治療糖尿病腦梗死,能夠降低血漿低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、糖化血紅蛋白水平,減輕腦血管病變,療效顯著,具有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue recipe on SDF-1 level in patients with diabetic cerebral infarction and to explore its intervention mechanism. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were selected. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation. At the end of the treatment, the changes of SDF-1 level and the clinical efficacy were analyzed by statistical method. Results the plasma SDF-1 concentration was 124.91 鹵20.53 in the treatment group. Pg/ml was significantly higher than that of control group (105.8 鹵25.03g / ml). The low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.17 鹵0.55 mmol / L vs 1.83 鹵0.53 mmol / L). The level of glycosylated hemoglobin in the treatment group (4.86 鹵0.85) was significantly lower than that in the control group (5.6 鹵0.88). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine can reduce plasma low density lipoprotein cholesterol and glycosylated hemoglobin level in the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction. Reduce cerebrovascular disease, the curative effect is remarkable, has the important clinical significance.
