【摘要】：目的:本課題旨在探索疏肝調神針刺法治療廣泛性焦慮癥與常規(guī)針刺法治療廣泛性焦慮癥在臨床療效上有無差異,從而為治療廣泛性焦慮癥提供一種更為便捷、有效、無副作用的方法。方法:將66例患者,隨機分為疏肝調神針刺法組(作治療組)和常規(guī)針刺法組(作對照組),每個組各33例患者。疏肝調神針刺法組,穴位選取百會、印堂、四神聰、神庭、本神、神門、內關、太沖。常規(guī)針刺法組,穴位選取水溝、百會、內關、神門、太沖。觀察患者在治療前和治療4周后漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA),焦慮自評量表(SAS)的評分變化。結果:疏肝調神針刺法組和常規(guī)針刺法組治療前及治療四周后在漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)評分、焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分方面均有顯著差異性(p0.05)。對比兩組患者治療四周后在漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)、焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分方面均有顯著差異性(p0.05).結論:疏肝調神針刺法和常規(guī)針刺法均可以治療廣泛性焦慮癥,但相比之下,疏肝調神針刺法治療廣泛性焦慮癥的臨床療效更為顯著,疏肝調神針刺法為治療廣泛性焦慮癥提供了一種更為安全有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether there is a difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder by soothing the liver and regulating the mind by acupuncture and conventional acupuncture, so as to provide a more convenient method for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods: 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (treated group) and routine acupuncture group (control group). Each group of 33 patients. Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture group, points selected Baihui, Yin Tang, Sishen Cong, Shenting, this God, Shenmen, Neiguan, Taichong. Routine acupuncture group, points selected drainage ditch, Baihui, Neiguan. The Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) was observed before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: before and four weeks after treatment, the score of HAMA was evaluated in the Shugan Tiaoshen acupuncture group and the routine acupuncture group. There were significant differences in SAS scores between the two groups (p0.05). The two groups were compared in Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) after four weeks of treatment. Conclusion: both soothing liver and regulating mind acupuncture and routine acupuncture can treat generalized anxiety disorder. The therapy of soothing the liver and regulating the mind is more effective in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, and the acupuncture method of soothing the liver and regulating the mind provides a more safe and effective method for the treatment of the generalized anxiety disorder.
