【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)川芎清腦顆粒治療偏頭痛(風(fēng)濕蒙蔽,瘀血阻滯證)的臨床觀察,以客觀評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效特點(diǎn)及安全性。方法:通過采用多中心,大樣本,觀察性研究的方法,對(duì)經(jīng)中醫(yī)辨證為風(fēng)濕蒙蔽,瘀血阻滯型偏頭痛的496例患者,服用川芎清腦顆粒,進(jìn)行用藥前后自身對(duì)照,療程為2周。觀察其頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù),起效時(shí)間,停藥2月后隨訪頭痛發(fā)作程度等方面的改善率。結(jié)果:481例偏頭痛患者經(jīng)過川芎清腦顆粒治療2周后,頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù)未見明顯變化,但頭痛發(fā)作程度(VAS評(píng)分)及頭痛發(fā)作天數(shù)均低于治療前水平,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);病程≤4年的患者,停藥2個(gè)月后無頭痛發(fā)作累積百分比70%;患者服藥第5天,藥物累積起效率為54.1%;評(píng)價(jià)期內(nèi),藥物平均起效時(shí)間為2.36小時(shí);且患者服用止痛藥暴露程度明顯減少,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:川芎清腦顆�？娠@著減輕患者頭痛發(fā)作程度,具有起效時(shí)間短的特點(diǎn),且無明顯不良反應(yīng),安全性好,值得在臨床中推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chuanxiong Qingnao granule in the treatment of migraine (rheumatism masking, blood stasis block syndrome). The method of observational study was to take Chuanxiong Qingnao granule in 496 cases of migraine with syndrome differentiation of rheumatism and ecchymosis. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The improvement rate of headache attack frequency, onset time and follow-up after February were observed. Results: one hundred and eighty-one migraine patients were treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granule for 2 weeks.
