【摘要】：切開掛線術(shù)是治療高位蹄鐵形肛瘺的經(jīng)典術(shù)式,但臨床醫(yī)師在保留與切除,手術(shù)操作規(guī)范等問題上存在諸多困擾。王業(yè)皇教授,治療高位蹄鐵形肛瘺有豐富的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),文章將王教授的經(jīng)驗(yàn)技巧從手術(shù)切口的選擇、"碟狀"空間的建立、內(nèi)口處理、掛線方案及術(shù)后創(chuàng)面祛腐管理五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:The incision and hanging technique is a classical technique for the treatment of high - order horseshoe - shaped anal fistula , but the clinician has many troubles on the problems such as retention and resection , operation regulation , etc . Prof . Wang is rich in clinical experience in the treatment of high - order horseshoe - shaped anal fistula . The paper expounds the experience skill of Professor Wang from the choice of surgical incision , the establishment of dish - shaped space , the treatment of inner mouth , hanging line and the management of postoperative wound - removing .
