【摘要】：目的通過觀察針灸對順鉑(DDP)化療小鼠肝臟組織中丙二醛(MDA)和過氧化氫酶(CAT)表達(dá)含量的影響,闡釋針灸對順鉑化療所致小鼠肝臟損傷的保護(hù)機(jī)制。方法選用清潔級,雄性昆明種小鼠40只,體重(20±2)g,隨機(jī)分為空白組、模型組、針刺組、艾灸組,每組10只。治療前1天,除空白組外,其余3組小鼠按體重腹腔注射順鉑0.01ml/g(10mg/kg),空白組注射同等劑量的0.9%Nacl溶液,24h后模型成功。針刺組和艾灸組分別給予針刺、艾灸治療,均選取"大椎""肝俞""腎俞""足三里(后三里)",每天1次,空白組和模型組每日同時間陪同固定不治療,連續(xù)5天。禁食1天后取材,用ELISA法檢測各組小鼠肝臟組織中MDA和CAT的含量。結(jié)果治療5天后,與空白組比,模型組、針刺組和艾灸組小鼠肝臟組織中MDA含量升高,CAT含量降低,均有顯著性差異(P0.05);與模型組比,針刺組、艾灸組小鼠肝臟組織中MDA含量降低,CAT含量升高,均有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論針刺和艾灸可以明顯抑制DDP模型小鼠肝臟組織中MDA的表達(dá),促進(jìn)CAT的表達(dá),減輕因DDP化療所致的肝臟損傷,起到增效減毒的作用,應(yīng)該是針灸減輕DDP化療后肝臟損傷的作用機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the expression of malondialdehyde (MDA) and catalase (catalase) in liver of cisplatin / DDP chemotherapy mice. To explain the protective mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on liver injury induced by cisplatin chemotherapy in mice. Methods 40 Kunming mice of clean grade, weight of 20 鹵2g were randomly divided into blank group, model group and acupuncture group. The mice in the moxibustion group were injected intraperitoneally with cisplatin 0.01ml / g / g 10 mg / kg one day before treatment except the blank group. The model of the blank group was successfully injected with the same dose of 0.9Nacl solution 24 hours later. The acupuncture group and the moxibustion group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion respectively. "Dazhui", "Ganshu", "Shenshu", "Zusanli", once a day, blank group and model group were fixed at the same time every day for 5 consecutive days. The contents of MDA and CAT in liver tissue of each group were detected by ELISA method. Results after 5 days of treatment, compared with the blank group, the content of MDA in the liver of the model group, acupuncture group and moxibustion group was higher than that of the control group. The content of CAT decreased with significant difference (P 0.05). Compared with the model group, the content of MDA in the liver of the acupuncture group and moxibustion group decreased and the content of cat increased. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can obviously inhibit the expression of MDA and promote the expression of CAT in liver of DDP model mice. It is suggested that the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion to reduce liver injury after DDP chemotherapy is to alleviate the liver injury caused by DDP chemotherapy.
