【摘要】：正功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是臨床常見的眾多功能性胃腸疾病之一~([1]),指以反復(fù)或持續(xù)上腹部疼痛或不適為典型癥狀,如餐后飽脹、早飽、上腹痛、上腹燒灼感等,排便后不能緩解,排除可解釋癥狀的器質(zhì)性疾病的一組良性消化道疾病~([2])。該病全球發(fā)病率較高,但目前對(duì)發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未明確。西醫(yī)治療主要有抑制胃酸藥、促胃動(dòng)力藥、幽門螺桿菌根治
[Abstract]:Positive functional dyspepsia (FDD) is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal diseases. [The typical symptoms are repeated or persistent epigastric pain or discomfort, such as fullness after meal, early satiety, upper abdominal pain, burning sensation of upper abdomen, etc., which can not be alleviated after defecation. A group of benign digestive tract diseases that exclude organic diseases that can explain symptoms. [2. The global incidence of the disease is relatively high, but at present the pathogenesis is not clear. Western medicine is mainly used to inhibit gastric acid, promote gastric motility, and radical cure of Helicobacter pylori.
