電針刺激天樞穴對(duì)急性重癥胰腺炎大鼠肺組織AQP-1表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察電針刺激天樞穴對(duì)急性重癥胰腺炎大鼠肺組織AQP-1表達(dá)的影響。方法將60只雄性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、正常電針組、模型組、電針模型組,各15只。正常對(duì)照組、正常電針組不做任何處理;模型組、電針模型組逆行胰膽管注射5%;悄懰徕c制備急性重癥胰腺炎模型。正常電針組、電針模型組在模型制備成功2 h后,電針刺激大鼠天樞穴。造模8 h后,采用RT-PCR和免疫組化法分別檢測(cè)各組大鼠肺組織中AQP-1mRNA、蛋白。結(jié)果模型組大鼠肺組織AQP-1 mRNA、蛋白表達(dá)低于正常對(duì)照組和正常電針組(P均0.05),電針模型組大鼠肺組織AQP-1 mRNA、蛋白表達(dá)高于模型組(P均0.05),正常對(duì)照組與正常電針組大鼠肺組織AQP-1 mRNA、蛋白表達(dá)比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論電針刺激天樞穴可升高急性重癥胰腺炎大鼠肺組織AQP-1的表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the expression of AQP-1 in lung tissue of rats with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, normal electroacupuncture group and model group. Electroacupuncture model group (n = 15), normal control group (n = 15) and normal electroacupuncture group (n = 15) were not treated. Model group, electroacupuncture model group, retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct to make acute severe pancreatitis model, normal electroacupuncture group, electroacupuncture model group 2 hours after the establishment of the model. The rats were stimulated by electroacupuncture at Tianshu point. After 8 hours of modeling, the AQP-1mRNA in lung tissue of each group was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results the expression of AQP-1 mRNAs in lung tissue of model group was lower than that of normal control group and normal electroacupuncture group (P 0.05). The expression of AQP-1 mRNAs in the lung tissue of the model group was higher than that of the model group (P 0.05), and the AQP-1 mRNA in the lung tissue of the normal control group and the normal electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the control group and the normal electroacupuncture group. Conclusion stimulation of Tianshu point by electroacupuncture can increase the expression of AQP-1 in lung tissue of rats with severe acute pancreatitis.
