【摘要】：探討標(biāo)本中氣的內(nèi)涵與從化關(guān)系及臨床意義。以文獻(xiàn)研究的方法,以經(jīng)解經(jīng),追本溯源研究標(biāo)本中氣理論。標(biāo)指三陰三陽(yáng),即厥陰、少陰、太陰,少陽(yáng)、陽(yáng)明、太陽(yáng);本是自然界風(fēng)寒暑濕燥火六氣現(xiàn)象;中氣是天氣,用三陰三陽(yáng)表示,與標(biāo)氣相應(yīng),互為表里,標(biāo)氣與中氣互為表里,互為制約,共同作用,體現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)天氣陰陽(yáng)變化規(guī)律,表現(xiàn)出風(fēng)寒暑濕燥火六氣之本的特征性天氣變化。標(biāo)本中氣有其固定的從化關(guān)系,凡治病,必知天地標(biāo)本之為害,明其順逆,方可言診。標(biāo)本中氣理論屬于《內(nèi)經(jīng)》運(yùn)氣理論,具有重要的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the connotation and clinical significance of qi in specimen, studies the theory of qi in specimen by means of literature research, by means of meridian interpretation and tracing back to the source. It refers to three yin and three yang, that is, Jueyin, Shaoyin, Taiyin, Shaoyang and Yangming. Sun; This is the natural phenomenon of wind, heat, dampness, dryness and fire; Zhongqi is the weather, expressed by the three yin and three yang, corresponding to the standard gas, each other as the surface, standard gas and the medium gas is the surface, mutual restriction, common action, reflect the dynamic weather Yin and Yang change law. It shows the characteristic weather changes of the six Qi elements of wind, cold, heat, dampness and fire. The Qi in the specimen has its fixed conformational relation. If the disease is cured, it must know the harm of the specimen of heaven and earth, and make it clear that it is in conformity with the reverse. The theory of Qi in the specimen belongs to the theory of luck, which has important clinical significance.

【正文快照】： 標(biāo)本中氣之釋,古今多從王冰,似有定論,但不經(jīng)推演,推原經(jīng)文,其義可明。1標(biāo)《素問(wèn)·六微旨大論》云:愿聞天道六六之節(jié)盛衰何也?岐伯曰:上下有位,左右有紀(jì)。故少陽(yáng)之右,陽(yáng)明治之;陽(yáng)明之右,太陽(yáng)治之;太陽(yáng)之右,厥陰治之;厥陰之右,少陰治之;少陰之右,太陰治之;太陰之右,少陽(yáng)治之。
