【摘要】：目的:觀察耳穴埋豆聯(lián)合內(nèi)關(guān)穴埋針預(yù)防及治療乳腺癌患者化療時(shí)引起惡心嘔吐的療效。方法:采取自身對(duì)照的方法對(duì)患者進(jìn)行療效觀察。60例乳腺癌化療患者均實(shí)行首次化療采用靜脈滴注鹽酸托烷司瓊進(jìn)行單純藥物預(yù)防,第2療程化療則采用在藥物預(yù)防的基礎(chǔ)上增加耳穴埋豆加內(nèi)關(guān)埋針干預(yù)治療,連續(xù)3d觀察患者在治療期間惡心、嘔吐等發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:兩組第1天總有效率無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,第2、3天總有效率顯著提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)乳腺癌化療患者進(jìn)行耳穴埋豆聯(lián)合內(nèi)關(guān)穴埋針可有效防治因化療而引起的遲發(fā)型惡心、嘔吐,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the curative effect of nausea and vomiting caused by auricular point sticking combined with acupoint embedding needle chemotherapy in prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Methods: self control method for patients to observe the curative effect of.60 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were performed first chemotherapy by intravenous tropisetron hydrochloride for simple drug prevention, second cycles of chemotherapy the increase of auricular beans with Neiguan needle embedding intervention treatment based on drug prevention, continuous observation of 3D patients during the treatment of nausea, vomiting incidence. Results: two groups of first days the total efficiency was no significant difference between the first 2,3 days of the total efficiency significantly improved (P0.05). Conclusion: the chemotherapy of breast cancer patients with auricular point sticking combined Neiguan point needle embedding can effectively cure by chemotherapy induced delayed nausea and vomiting, worthy of promotion.
