【摘要】:五運(yùn)六氣是以甲子年四時(shí)主客變化為特色,用以闡釋自然、生命與疾病時(shí)空規(guī)律的中醫(yī)經(jīng)典理論,其治則治法是從理論到實(shí)踐的重要橋梁,可從不同角度提煉概括,故依據(jù)五運(yùn)六氣理論框架進(jìn)行剖析。歲運(yùn)有太過(guò)、不足、平氣之紀(jì),以歲運(yùn)而同病異治,若郁抑過(guò)甚發(fā)為五郁,當(dāng)待旺時(shí)而達(dá)之發(fā)之。六氣有主客之別,以六氣主客定虛實(shí),倡順應(yīng)主氣以保正氣,視客氣勝?gòu)?fù)以祛邪氣。生辰鈐印著自然對(duì)個(gè)體稟賦的影響,按生辰稟賦以因人制宜,又有初生鈐印說(shuō)、胎孕鈐印說(shuō)等具體方法,還可據(jù)日辰而擇時(shí)施治,據(jù)大運(yùn)氣格局而圓通修訂,據(jù)地域分野而因地制宜。
[Abstract]:The five Transport and six Qi is a classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine which is characterized by the change of subject and object in the four seasons of the year of Jia Zi, which is used to explain the laws of nature, life and disease in time and space. The principle of treatment is an important bridge from theory to practice. It can be abstracted from different angles, so it is analyzed according to the theoretical framework of "five Transport and six Qi". When waiting for prosperity, sometimes reach the development. Six Qi has the difference between the subject and the object, with the six Qi to determine the deficiency of the object, advocate to comply with the main Qi to protect the good spirit, as polite to overcome the complex with dispelling evil qi. The seal of natural influence on the individual endowment. According to birthdays endowment to suit people, but also the birth seal said, pregnancy seal seal and other specific methods, but also according to the day and timing of treatment, according to the big luck pattern and Yuantong revised, according to the geographical division and local conditions.
