【摘要】：回醫(yī)藥是隨著中國歷史的變遷而不斷發(fā)展的,在元代達(dá)到高峰,在明代,隨著回族人民的地位下降,回醫(yī)藥開始逐漸走向低谷,部分流入到一些明代傳世醫(yī)籍中。目前,學(xué)術(shù)界相關(guān)回醫(yī)藥研究文獻(xiàn)資料主要包括三個(gè)方面:一是傳世回醫(yī)藥典籍,包括《回回藥方》、《瑞竹堂經(jīng)驗(yàn)方》、《海藥本草》、《飲膳正要》;二是其他明代傳世醫(yī)籍中散見的回醫(yī)藥資料,它們零星分布在其他中醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)、史籍以及文人筆記之中;三是流傳于民間的回醫(yī)藥資料。目的:本文主要是集中于第二個(gè)方面的挖掘與整理,由于回醫(yī)藥研究和發(fā)展的資料不夠充足,四部典籍中資料還非常有限,在明代傳世醫(yī)籍中挖掘散見的回醫(yī)藥資料,可做有益補(bǔ)充,使之規(guī)范法、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)回醫(yī)藥診治實(shí)踐,進(jìn)一步繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)回醫(yī)藥學(xué)術(shù)。以現(xiàn)代技術(shù)手段是回醫(yī)藥研究和發(fā)展中急需要解決的課題。方法:由于歷代傳世的典籍?dāng)?shù)量較多,本文暫將范圍確定在明代。查閱明代明代傳世醫(yī)籍中的回醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn),記錄并整理歸類。結(jié)論:回醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)中記載的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)十分寶貴,然而回醫(yī)藥文獻(xiàn)也缺乏系統(tǒng)的整理和深入的挖掘。因此,通過對(duì)明代傳世醫(yī)籍中散見的回醫(yī)藥史料的挖掘與整理可以進(jìn)一步為臨床醫(yī)療研究提供前人寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn),還可以為教學(xué)提供詳細(xì)確鑿的參考資料,為科學(xué)研究提供豐富的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)。既是醫(yī)療、科研、教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ),也是提高醫(yī)療、科研、教學(xué)質(zhì)量的前提和重要保證。
[Abstract]:Back to the medicine is developing with the change of China history, reached a peak in the Yuan Dynasty, in the Ming Dynasty, with the decline of the Hui people's status, medicine began to go back to some part of the inflow trough, the Ming Dynasty handed down medical books. At present, the academic circles related to medical research literature mainly includes three aspects: one is handed back to medical books, including "formularies >, < < > Green hall experience, sea Herbal Medicine >, < > two is the meal was about to drink; some other medical books in the Ming Dynasty handed back to medical information, they are scattered in other traditional Chinese medicine literature, history books and literary notes; the three is spread to medicine the data in the private sector. Objective: the purpose of this paper is mainly focused on mining and finishing second aspects, due to the pharmaceutical research and development of information is not sufficient, four books information is still very limited, in the Ming Dynasty ancient medical books scattered back to medical mining Data can supplement the standard method, in order to guide the diagnosis and treatment of back to medical practice, further inherit and carry forward the academic medicine. Back to modern technology means is the urgent need to be solved in the research and development of pharmaceutical research. Methods: due to the large number of ancient books handed down, this temporarily will determine the scope in the Ming Dynasty. Refer to the Ming Dynasty in the Ming Dynasty ancient nationality medicine to the medical literature, recorded and classified. Conclusion: clinical experience in medical literature to record is very valuable, but the return to the medical literature also lack of systematic arrangement and in-depth mining. Therefore, the mining of the Ming Dynasty scattered back to medical materials handed down medical books and finishing can be provided previous valuable experience for further clinical research, can provide detailed solid references for teaching, provide abundant literature foundation for scientific research. Both medical, scientific research, teaching The foundation is also the prerequisite and important guarantee for improving the quality of medical treatment, scientific research and teaching.
