【摘要】：張志遠(yuǎn)教授從藥店經(jīng)理處得一秘方,知此方實(shí)為《金匱要略》苓甘姜味辛夏仁湯,但藥店經(jīng)理云:此方之應(yīng)用有"巧"在其中。張先生還談到祛痰四味藥,在此四味藥的用量方面有獨(dú)特心得。其中,葶藶子、澤漆之經(jīng)驗(yàn)得之于藥店經(jīng)理,桔梗、遠(yuǎn)志之經(jīng)驗(yàn)得之于廣東老中醫(yī)和張山雷。張教授認(rèn)為,苓甘姜味辛夏仁湯治咳,但祛痰之功不顯,可加澤漆、葶藶子,則祛痰效果頗佳。不可因澤漆有毒、葶藶子有利水之作用而不敢用。桔梗、遠(yuǎn)志,亦為治痰止嗽之良藥。其中,日本醫(yī)者專用遠(yuǎn)志以化痰止嗽,頗有奇功。但國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)生知其化痰止嗽之功效,并付之實(shí)踐者甚少,應(yīng)引起注意。
