【摘要】：目的:觀察益元灸對不完全性脊髓損傷后膀胱功能障礙的臨床療效。方法:將40例不完全性脊髓損傷后膀胱功能障礙的患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組均20例。兩組患者均給予常規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用益元灸20min/次,1次/天,6d/周,共8周。分別于治療前后采用彩超監(jiān)測兩組患者膀胱容量、殘余尿量,并于8周后對兩組進(jìn)行療效分析。結(jié)果:治療結(jié)束時彩超結(jié)果顯示:兩組患者的膀胱容量及殘余尿量均較治療前有所改善,治療組優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),治療8周后對兩組療效分析顯示:對照組有效率55%,治療組有效率90%,兩組相比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益元灸是一種能夠改善不完全性脊髓損傷患者的膀胱容量及殘余尿量,減少并發(fā)癥,促進(jìn)膀胱功能恢復(fù)的有效療法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiyuan moxibustion on bladder dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods: 40 patients with bladder dysfunction after incomplete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine rehabilitation training. On the basis of this, the treatment group was added 20min/ times, 1 times / day and 6d/ weeks for 8 weeks. The volume of bladder and residual urine of the two groups were monitored by color Doppler ultrasound before and after treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed in the two groups after 8 weeks. Results: the results showed that ultrasound at the end of treatment: the bladder capacity and residual urine volume in two groups of patients were better than before treatment in the treatment group than the control group (P0.05), after 8 weeks of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups showed: the control group was 55%, the effective rate of treatment group 90%, two groups compared to the significant the difference (P0.05). Conclusion: Yiyuan moxibustion is an effective therapy to improve bladder volume and residual urine volume, reduce complications and promote bladder function recovery in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.
