【摘要】：目的:通過觀察電針療法和中藥療法相結(jié)合治療單純SUI患者的臨床療效尋找到作用效果更好,患者依從性更強(qiáng)的有效治療方法。方法:在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院婦科門診收集患有單純SUI的女性患者,共計(jì)60人,并按照隨機(jī)的方法分成兩組。治療組的患者給予次毼、中毼、下毼、會陽、氣海、中極、關(guān)元、足三里電針治療的方法并配合內(nèi)服柴胡桂枝干姜湯加上補(bǔ)腎藥(金櫻子、芡實(shí)、肉蓯蓉等),日一劑,早晚各1次,30天為一個療程。對照組患者只給予中藥柴胡桂枝干姜湯加上補(bǔ)腎藥(金櫻子、芡實(shí)、肉蓯蓉等)口服的療法,日1劑,早晚各一次,30天為一個療程。治療前后對患者漏尿量、膀胱殘余尿量等進(jìn)行自身對比。結(jié)果:研究結(jié)果顯示電針結(jié)合中藥治療組與單純中藥治療組兩組患者的漏尿量均減少,兩組患者的伴隨癥狀以及尿失禁發(fā)作的頻率也都減少,其中治療后治療組的總有效率達(dá)到了 93.3%,而對照組的總有效率只有70%,在1小時尿墊試驗(yàn)中,治療組治療前少量漏尿的有0個,輕度漏尿的有13個,中度漏尿的有17個,而治療后治療組少量漏尿的有4個,輕度漏尿的有24個,中度漏尿的只有2個;而對照組在治療前少量漏尿的有0個,輕度漏尿的有10個,中度漏尿的有20個,治療后少量漏尿的有2個,輕度漏尿的有19個,中度漏尿的有9個。結(jié)論:將電針療法與中藥療法相結(jié)合治療女性單純壓力性尿失禁能夠取得更好的療效,并且能夠顯著改善治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electro acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with simple SUI, and to find an effective treatment method with better effect and stronger compliance. Methods: a total of 60 women suffering from simple SUI were collected from the outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine. They were divided into two groups according to the random method. The treatment group were given time He, He, He, Huiyang, Qihai, Guan Yuan, Zusanli, electro acupuncture treatment method and combined with oral Chaihuguizhi dried ginger with kidney tonifying herbs (Rosa, Gorgon fruit, Cistanche, etc.) a day, morning and evening of the 1, 30 days for a the course of treatment. Patients in the control group only treated with traditional Chinese medicine Chaihuguizhi dried ginger with kidney tonifying herbs (Rosa, Gorgon fruit, Cistanche etc.) oral therapy, daily 1 agent, sooner or later each time, 30 days for a course of treatment. The amount of urinary leakage and the residual urine volume of the bladder were compared before and after the treatment. Results: the results showed that the amount of urine leakage of electro acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group two groups of patients were reduced, two groups of patients with symptoms of urinary incontinence and frequency of seizures are also reduced, the treatment group after treatment, the total effective rate was 93.3%, and the total efficiency of the control group was only 70%. In the 1 hour urine pad test, before the treatment, a small amount of urine leakage was 0, mild leakage of urine 13, moderate urinary leakage in 17, and after treatment, a small amount of leakage of urine in 4, mild leakage of urine 24, moderate leakage of urine only 2 the control group before treatment; and a small amount of leakage of urine in 0, mild leakage of urine 10, moderate leakage of urine 20, a small amount of leakage of urine after treatment was 2, mild leakage of urine 19, moderate leakage of urine 9. Conclusion: the combination of electroacupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy can achieve better curative effect in the treatment of pure stress urinary incontinence in women, and can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
