美國(guó)高中—大學(xué)課程銜接中的雙學(xué)分課程探析

高中與大學(xué)是有密切聯(lián)系的,高質(zhì)量人才的培養(yǎng)必須靠?jī)烧叩南嗷ャ暯雍凸餐ΑiL(zhǎng)期以來(lái),由于種種理由,我國(guó)中等與高等教育相互銜接的狀況并不令人滿意,一定程度上影響了人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。為此,本文特選取了美國(guó)高中和大學(xué)課程銜接中的新型模式——雙學(xué)分課程作為研究對(duì)象,以期對(duì)我們有所啟迪。雙學(xué)分課程始于20世紀(jì)70年代,是近年美國(guó)發(fā)展最快的高中與大學(xué)課程銜接模式。這種課程讓高中生可以在高中、大學(xué)或社區(qū)學(xué)院里修習(xí)大學(xué)教學(xué)大綱所要求的課程,通過(guò)考核的學(xué)生可同時(shí)獲得高中和大學(xué)的學(xué)分,并且在進(jìn)入大學(xué)后免修其相關(guān)課程。該模式在實(shí)現(xiàn)高中與大學(xué)的平穩(wěn)過(guò)渡、縮短大學(xué)畢業(yè)年限、推動(dòng)學(xué)生畢業(yè)和就業(yè)等方面發(fā)揮著積極作用。因而,這種課程模式被各國(guó)教育研究者所廣泛關(guān)注。本文共分為六部分,第一部分是緒論部分。第二部分就美國(guó)對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)高中和大學(xué)課程銜接的早期探索進(jìn)行了回顧,總結(jié)了6-4-4計(jì)劃、中級(jí)學(xué)院高中計(jì)劃、AP課程和IB課程的發(fā)展歷程。第三部分,在總結(jié)了雙學(xué)分課程各個(gè)歷史發(fā)展階段的基礎(chǔ)上,以雪城大學(xué)推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目(SUPA)、明尼蘇達(dá)州PSEO項(xiàng)目等作為各發(fā)展階段的典型案例,對(duì)各個(gè)階段的學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換、資助政策、課程對(duì)象、課程內(nèi)容和課程質(zhì)量保障中的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展因素等方面作了詳實(shí)闡述。第四部分整體性地介紹了雙學(xué)分課程的發(fā)展近況和實(shí)踐模式。第五部分,深入評(píng)析了雙學(xué)分課程:首先,通過(guò)對(duì)雙學(xué)分課程與之前的課程進(jìn)行比較,顯示雙學(xué)分課程順應(yīng)美國(guó)教育倡導(dǎo)的“追求卓越與平等合一”的基本理念;其次,對(duì)雙學(xué)分課程取得的成就和存在的不足進(jìn)行了點(diǎn)評(píng),并給出了一些可行性的對(duì)策。第六部分,結(jié)合我國(guó)具體實(shí)際,從美國(guó)的雙學(xué)分課程中汲取有益的碩博在線論文網(wǎng)素,以期為我國(guó)的高中教育和高等教育革新帶來(lái)啟迪與借鑒,為當(dāng)前改善我國(guó)高中與大學(xué)之間的課程銜接提供建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)。

【Abstract】 Secondary schools have close relationship with postsecondary institutions. Cultivation of high-quality talents depends on the curriculum articulation and their joint efforts. In the long term, for all kinds of reasons, the situation of curriculum articulation between high school and college in our country is not satisfactory, which has certain influences on the cultivation quality. Therefore, the main curricular transition format in America——dual enrollment was chosen and studied.Beginning in the 1970s, dual enrollment has enjoyed the fastest development as a secondary postsecondary education transition mode in recent years. This curriculum can be carried out in high school, college and community college where students can get high school and college credits at the same time. Therefore, they’re exempted to study the correlated courses. Dual enrollment plays an active role in smoothing the transition between high school and college, shortening the college-year, promoting graduation and increasing employment rates, which attracts worldwide attention from educators.Six parts are subdivided in this thesis. The first part is introduction. The second one is the review of curriculum articulation between high school and college in American history including 6-4-4 plan, Middle College High School (MCHS), Advanced Placement (AP) course and International Baccalaureate (IB) course. In the third part, based on the summarization of historical development stage, Syracuse University Project Advance (SUPA) and PESO et al are set as typical examples of different stages. Credit transition, financial support policy, course target, course content and course quality guarantee et al are elaborated. In the fourth part, development status and practice patterns of dual enrollment courses are integrally introduced. In the fifth part, dual enrollment is thoroughly analyzed. Through the comparison with the former courses, dual enrollment course gives prominence to recent years’American basic spirit of their commitment to the combination of excellence and equality promoted by the US education system. Achievements and existing problems of dual enrollment are reviewed. Some feasible strategies are proposed. In the sixth part, some beneficial inspirations and references from dual enrollment can be brought to the reform of secondary education and post-secondary education system in China. Furthermore, some constructive suggestions can be given to the curriculum articulation between high school and college in China.
