農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境及其改善機(jī)制

【摘要】:隨著城市化的迅速推進(jìn),農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生處境發(fā)生了巨大變化,價(jià)值觀教育成為不可回避的重要議題。從學(xué)校德育視角仔細(xì)審視后發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育面臨著諸多困境,包括學(xué)生群體分化與教育需求多樣化、多元文化共存與價(jià)值的相對(duì)和沖突、父母價(jià)值觀嬗變與道德榜樣的扭曲、應(yīng)試教育盛行與價(jià)值觀教育放逐等困境。要走出這些困境,學(xué)校和教師必須明確自身在農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生價(jià)值觀教育中的主導(dǎo)地位,尋求解決問(wèn)題的路徑和方法。關(guān)注和滿(mǎn)足不同群體學(xué)生需求是基礎(chǔ),用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀引導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀教育是核心,聯(lián)合和優(yōu)化家庭德育力量是保障,回歸價(jià)值觀教育的重要地位是關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, great changes have taken place in the situation of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, and value education has become an important issue that can not be avoided. From the perspective of school moral education, it is found that the value education of primary and middle school students in rural areas is facing many difficulties, including the differentiation of student groups and the diversification of educational needs, the relative and conflict of multicultural coexistence and value. The evolution of parents' values and the distortion of moral role models, the prevalence of examination-oriented education and the banishment of values education. In order to get out of these dilemmas, schools and teachers must make clear their dominant position in the value education of primary and secondary school students in rural areas, and seek the ways and methods to solve the problems. Paying attention to and meeting the needs of different groups of students is the foundation, guiding value education with socialist core values is the core, uniting and optimizing the strength of family moral education is the guarantee, and returning to the important position of value education is the key.
