“圖形組合跑”對初中生耐力素質(zhì)的影響研究
[Abstract]:Research purpose: in recent years, the youth physique has always been the problem that the country attaches great importance to, the declining trend of endurance quality has not improved, many experts and scholars have carried on the discussion reform one after another. The main training method of endurance quality is endurance running, and the teaching method of endurance running is constantly new. But "figure combination run" has long been praised by many physical education teachers. It is believed that "figure combination run" has a great positive effect on the improvement of students' endurance quality, and only theoretical discussion is not enough to get a meaningful promotion. Therefore, through the method of experiment contrast, this paper discusses whether "figure combination run" can improve endurance quality and students' participation and so on. So as to promote the reform of endurance quality, promote the healthy development of youth physique. Research methods: this subject adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. A 12-week contrastive experiment was conducted with 60 junior high school students (30 in the experimental group, 15 in the male and 15 in the control group) in the first year of junior high school in Nanjing. Before the experiment, the specific scores, vital capacity, heart rate and participation attitude of the two groups were measured and recorded. The experimental group adopted the teaching method of "figure combination run" ("triangle", "pentagonal star" shape, "s" shape series exercise), and the control group adopted the traditional durable running teaching method. The teachers recorded the heart rate of the two groups in three stages, the training time was 10 minutes, and the heart rate of the two groups was recorded in three stages. After the experiment, the measured index data were compared with the pre-test data, and the teaching effect of "figure combination run" was analyzed. Research findings: 1.) Endurance diathesis: the endurance quality of the students in the experimental group and the control group (1000 meters for men and 800m for women) was significantly improved than that before the experiment. The average value of 1000 meters before the experiment was 4.29 minutes for men and 4.02 minutes for men after the experiment, and the scores of men before the experiment were 4.29 minutes and 4.02 minutes after the experiment, respectively. Increased by 0.27 minutes; Before the women's experiment, the average value of 800 meters was 4. 5%. After 15 minutes, the result after the test was 3.48 minutes, an increase of 0.27 min.2.) Vital capacity: the mean value of vital capacity measured after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group was improved. The mean value of vital capacity in the experimental group was 2755ml before the experiment and 3316ml in the post-test group, and that in the experimental group was 2755ml before the experiment and 3316ml after the experiment. The mean value of the control group was 2768ml before the experiment and 3140ml after the experiment. The vital capacity of the experimental group increased faster than that of the control group. Heart rate: during the experiment, the heart rate of the experimental group and the control group was monitored from time to time, and the mean values of the heart rate of the experimental group and the control group were compared in three stages: 3 min, 6 min and 9 min. The average heart rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at any stage, indicating that the intensity of the "graphic combination run" was higher than that of the traditional durable running, and it could play a better exercise effect. 4.) Participation: the results of a questionnaire survey show that the number of active participants in the experimental group is much higher than that in the control group. Instead of talking about the color change of long-distance running, they are willing to continue to adhere to it, and the enthusiasm of the students has been improved. In contrast, the students in the control group suffered from slackness and rejection. Conclusion: after 12 weeks of contrast experiment, it shows that "figure combination run" is better than the traditional teaching method of durable running, which can effectively improve students' interest and enthusiasm to participate in durable running. The endurance quality, vital capacity and heart rate of the students have been improved accordingly, the physical quality has been enhanced, and the training effect has been remarkable, which is worthy of active promotion by the educators.
