肖家蕓語文教學(xué)觀及其教學(xué)實踐研究

【摘要】:新一輪課程改革對教師、學(xué)生、教學(xué)方式等都提出了具體的要求,但隨著新課改不斷地深入發(fā)展,中學(xué)語文教學(xué)仍然存在著現(xiàn)實的教學(xué)問題,如“滿堂灌”“一言堂”的現(xiàn)象仍然存在;學(xué)生的主體性與實踐性沒有得到充分體現(xiàn);教師的教學(xué)方式?jīng)]有得到根本轉(zhuǎn)變;語文教學(xué)難以實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)性、高效性等。而肖家蕓的語文教學(xué)觀及其教學(xué)實踐正好能夠適應(yīng)新課改背景下中學(xué)語文教學(xué)發(fā)展的根本需求,能夠為解決中學(xué)語文教學(xué)問題提供根本性的思考方向,因此,本論文將深入探究肖家蕓的語文教學(xué)觀及其教學(xué)實踐,以期對一線教師有所啟發(fā),對當(dāng)下的中學(xué)語文教學(xué)有所補益。本論文是對肖家蕓語文教學(xué)觀及其教學(xué)實踐進行的個案研究,因此本論文主要通過對有關(guān)肖家蕓的著作、學(xué)術(shù)論文、課堂教學(xué)實錄、博客等進行仔細研讀分析,從中挖掘出肖家蕓的名師成長歷程,并探究肖家蕓語文教學(xué)觀的核心內(nèi)容、理論基礎(chǔ)以及特征。在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,再對肖家蕓的教學(xué)實踐進行剖析,總結(jié)出肖家蕓有效的教學(xué)實踐策略,并結(jié)合自身的教學(xué)嘗試,進一步深化對肖家蕓教學(xué)實踐的理解,反思肖家蕓教學(xué)方式的局限性。最后,分析總結(jié)出肖家蕓語文教學(xué)觀及其教學(xué)實踐對中學(xué)語文教學(xué)和語文教師的啟示。
[Abstract]:The new round of curriculum reform has put forward specific requirements for teachers, students and teaching methods. However, with the further development of the new curriculum reform, there are still practical teaching problems in Chinese teaching in middle schools. For example, the phenomenon of "full house irrigation" and "arbitrariness" still exists; Students' subjectivity and practicality have not been fully reflected; teachers' teaching methods have not been fundamentally changed; Chinese teaching is difficult to achieve high quality and high efficiency. Xiao Jiayuan's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice can meet the basic needs of the development of Chinese teaching in middle schools under the background of the new curriculum reform, and can provide a fundamental direction of thinking for solving the problems of Chinese teaching in middle schools. This paper will deeply explore Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and teaching practice, in order to enlighten the front-line teachers and help the current Chinese teaching in middle schools. This paper is a case study of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice. Therefore, this paper is mainly through careful study and analysis of Xiao Jiayun's works, academic papers, classroom teaching records, blogs, etc. It also explores the core content, theoretical basis and characteristics of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper analyzes Xiao Jiayuan's teaching practice, summarizes Xiao Jiayuan's effective teaching practice strategy, and combines with his own teaching attempt to further deepen the understanding of Xiao Jiayuan's teaching practice. Reflection on the limitations of Xiao Jiayun's teaching method. Finally, the author analyzes and summarizes the enlightenment of Xiao Jiayun's Chinese teaching concept and its teaching practice to middle school Chinese teaching and Chinese teachers.
