【摘要】：后勤管理作為學校管理的重要組成部分,是中小學學校管理的一項重要工作,是中小學學校管理工作的基礎,是學校順利開展正常有序教育教學工作的保障,是保證校園環(huán)境穩(wěn)定的屏障,同時也是中小學教書育人工作的關鍵一環(huán)。因此,中小學校的后勤管理工作與學校教師和學生的基本利益息息相關。努力提升中小學學校后勤管理的業(yè)務能力和服務水平,為學校的教師和學生營造一個安全、舒適的校園環(huán)境,對推動教育教學事業(yè)的科學、健康、快速發(fā)展具有不可取代的重要意義。本研究以包頭市三所學校為例,對包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作進行專項研究,通過問卷調(diào)查和實地訪談的方式,盡可能多的獲取該項研究的第一手資料,分別從包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作的基本概況、現(xiàn)實問題、現(xiàn)實問題原因分析、改善建議等具體方面對包頭市中小學服務與管理工作進行專項且深入的專門性研究。全文共有四個主要內(nèi)容。第一,是以包頭市三所學校為例,概括包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作的現(xiàn)狀;第二,在上述現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,找到包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作存在的主要問題;第三,就工作中主要問題形成的原因進行分析;第四,在成因分析的基礎上對包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作的改進提出可行性建議。研究旨在解決包頭市中小學服務與管理工作中存在的現(xiàn)實問題,并為包頭市中小學后勤服務與管理工作的深入提升與發(fā)展提供理論參考和實踐借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important part of school management, logistics management is an important work of school management in primary and secondary schools, is the basis of school management in primary and secondary schools, and is the guarantee for the smooth development of normal and orderly education and teaching in schools. It is a barrier to the stability of campus environment and a key link in teaching and educating people in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the logistics management of primary and secondary schools is closely related to the basic interests of teachers and students. To improve the professional ability and service level of logistics management in primary and secondary schools, to create a safe and comfortable campus environment for teachers and students, and to promote the science and health of education and teaching, Rapid development has an irreplaceable significance. This study takes three schools in Baotou as an example to conduct a special study on the logistics service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City. Through questionnaires and field interviews, we can get as much first-hand information as possible from this research. From the basic situation of the logistics service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City, the cause analysis of practical problems, improvement suggestions and other specific aspects of the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City, this paper makes a special and in-depth research on the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou City. There are four main contents in this paper. First, take three schools in Baotou city as an example, summarize the current situation of logistics service and management in primary and middle schools in Baotou city; second, find out the main problems of logistics service and management in Baotou primary and middle schools on the basis of the above mentioned situation; Third, the causes of the main problems in the work are analyzed; fourth, on the basis of cause analysis, the improvement of the logistics service and management in primary and secondary schools in Baotou City is put forward feasible suggestions. The purpose of the study is to solve the practical problems existing in the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou, and to provide theoretical and practical reference for the further promotion and development of the service and management of primary and secondary schools in Baotou.
