江西省中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)主題研修工作坊建設(shè)研究
[Abstract]:The network training activities of primary and middle school teachers in Jiangxi Province have been carried out up to now. According to the research objectives, platforms, teams, resources and strategies, the corresponding scale has been established. On the basis of the research objective, this paper takes the present situation of the network workshop platform, team, resources and strategies of primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and adopts the literature analysis. Case study and statistical analysis of the four aspects, mainly around the workshop platform management function, content function and activity function analysis, workshop theme research team in the workshop master quality, Team member contribution and student learning preference analysis, as well as workshop theme workshop resources and strategy analysis. The purpose of this paper is to explore the degree of realization of the goal of the network workshop for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province at present, and to put forward practical and feasible suggestions for optimizing the construction and practice in order to give full play to the total learning and teaching of the network workshop. The efficient teaching and research function. The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows: the objective of subject study is divided into three categories: teaching orientation, technology orientation and teachers' professional development orientation, and the analysis platform, team, resources and strategy construction are based on the subject study goal analysis platform. The network workshop platform for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province has various functions, including management function, content function and activity function, but lacks keyword search function and few items. Need to add more man-machine interaction function, enrich the network workshop theme study section project; The workshop has high professional title and strong ability of teaching and scientific research, but the main team of the workshop has a single component, the team members invest less time in the later stage of training activities, and the students have inertia in the learning preference of the subject study content. It is necessary to further establish the mechanism of selecting and selecting the best of the workshop owners, enrich the composition of the workshop main team, implement the shift mechanism for the team members, increase the management time of the workshop construction, and refine the contents of the workshop to reduce the students' learning inertia; The construction of workshop subject study resources is diversified in form and rich in kinds of generative resources, but it lacks the content of integration of technology and subject teaching resources, so it is necessary to strengthen the integration of such resources. The workshop has a good evaluation strategy and organizational management strategy, but the lack of support from the education department, reward strategy is lacking. In order to perfect the strategy construction of the network workshop, it is necessary to add the category of reward, bring teacher training and study into the teacher assessment system, and link the excellent network workshop with the grade evaluation of the teacher's title in order to further improve the strategy construction of the network workshop.
