【摘要】：江西省中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展至今,依據(jù)主題研修目標(biāo),平臺(tái)、隊(duì)伍、資源和策略建設(shè)已具備相應(yīng)規(guī)模。本文在研究主題研修目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,以江西省中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊平臺(tái)、隊(duì)伍、資源和策略四方面的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)分析、案例研究和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對(duì)四方面進(jìn)行分析,內(nèi)容主要圍繞工作坊平臺(tái)管理功能、內(nèi)容功能和活動(dòng)功能進(jìn)行詳析,工作坊主題研修隊(duì)伍中坊主品質(zhì)、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員貢獻(xiàn)度和學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)偏好分析,以及工作坊主題研修的資源和策略分析。旨在探索江西省中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)的目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)程度,針對(duì)不足提出切實(shí)可行的優(yōu)化建設(shè)與實(shí)踐意見(jiàn),從而更加充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊共學(xué)、導(dǎo)教、引研的高效教研功能。研究主要得到以下結(jié)論和建議:主題研修目標(biāo)劃分為教學(xué)導(dǎo)向、技術(shù)導(dǎo)向、教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展導(dǎo)向三類(lèi)目標(biāo),依據(jù)主題研修目標(biāo)分析平臺(tái)、隊(duì)伍、資源和策略建設(shè)。江西省中小學(xué)教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊平臺(tái)功能多樣,兼顧管理功能、內(nèi)容功能和活動(dòng)功能,但缺少關(guān)鍵詞搜索功能,版塊項(xiàng)目少。需要增設(shè)更多人機(jī)交互功能,豐富網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊主題研修版塊項(xiàng)目;工作坊坊主職稱(chēng)高、教學(xué)科研能力強(qiáng),但坊主隊(duì)伍成分單一,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)后期投入時(shí)間少,學(xué)員在主題研修內(nèi)容學(xué)習(xí)偏好上存在惰性。需要進(jìn)一步建立坊主選撥選優(yōu)機(jī)制,豐富坊主隊(duì)伍成分,團(tuán)隊(duì)成員實(shí)行輪班機(jī)制,增加工作坊建設(shè)管理時(shí)間,坊主精制作業(yè)內(nèi)容以減少學(xué)員學(xué)習(xí)惰性;工作坊主題研修資源建設(shè)表現(xiàn)形式多樣化,生成性資源種類(lèi)豐富,但缺少技術(shù)與學(xué)科教學(xué)資源整合內(nèi)容,需加強(qiáng)此類(lèi)資源整合;工作坊主題研修有良好的評(píng)價(jià)策略和組織管理策略,但缺少所屬教育部門(mén)的支持,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)策略有所欠缺。需要增設(shè)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)類(lèi)目,將教師培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)納入教師考核系統(tǒng)中,優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊與教師職稱(chēng)等級(jí)評(píng)定掛鉤,以進(jìn)一步完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修工作坊策略建設(shè)工作。
[Abstract]:The network training activities of primary and middle school teachers in Jiangxi Province have been carried out up to now. According to the research objectives, platforms, teams, resources and strategies, the corresponding scale has been established. On the basis of the research objective, this paper takes the present situation of the network workshop platform, team, resources and strategies of primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and adopts the literature analysis. Case study and statistical analysis of the four aspects, mainly around the workshop platform management function, content function and activity function analysis, workshop theme research team in the workshop master quality, Team member contribution and student learning preference analysis, as well as workshop theme workshop resources and strategy analysis. The purpose of this paper is to explore the degree of realization of the goal of the network workshop for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province at present, and to put forward practical and feasible suggestions for optimizing the construction and practice in order to give full play to the total learning and teaching of the network workshop. The efficient teaching and research function. The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows: the objective of subject study is divided into three categories: teaching orientation, technology orientation and teachers' professional development orientation, and the analysis platform, team, resources and strategy construction are based on the subject study goal analysis platform. The network workshop platform for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province has various functions, including management function, content function and activity function, but lacks keyword search function and few items. Need to add more man-machine interaction function, enrich the network workshop theme study section project; The workshop has high professional title and strong ability of teaching and scientific research, but the main team of the workshop has a single component, the team members invest less time in the later stage of training activities, and the students have inertia in the learning preference of the subject study content. It is necessary to further establish the mechanism of selecting and selecting the best of the workshop owners, enrich the composition of the workshop main team, implement the shift mechanism for the team members, increase the management time of the workshop construction, and refine the contents of the workshop to reduce the students' learning inertia; The construction of workshop subject study resources is diversified in form and rich in kinds of generative resources, but it lacks the content of integration of technology and subject teaching resources, so it is necessary to strengthen the integration of such resources. The workshop has a good evaluation strategy and organizational management strategy, but the lack of support from the education department, reward strategy is lacking. In order to perfect the strategy construction of the network workshop, it is necessary to add the category of reward, bring teacher training and study into the teacher assessment system, and link the excellent network workshop with the grade evaluation of the teacher's title in order to further improve the strategy construction of the network workshop.
