TARGET模式激發(fā)和維持中學(xué)生化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的研究

【摘要】:目前,在中學(xué)生群體中,普遍存在厭學(xué)、苦學(xué)的現(xiàn)象,大部分學(xué)生為分?jǐn)?shù)而學(xué),為考試而學(xué),沒有明確的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。要在中學(xué)生群體中實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育,還面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。有效的激發(fā)中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),使學(xué)生主動(dòng)性地學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)造性地學(xué)習(xí),對基礎(chǔ)教育改革的推進(jìn)具有重要的意義。埃姆斯(Ames)根據(jù)艾伯斯坦(Epstein)動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)的六種家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,提出了激發(fā)課堂學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的TARGET教學(xué)模式。這一模式包括六個(gè)課堂結(jié)構(gòu)要素:任務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)(Task design),權(quán)力分配(Authority distribution),肯定方式(Recognition practices),小組安排(Grouping arrangements),評估活動(dòng)(Evaluation practices),時(shí)間分配(Time allocation)。這種課堂模式更關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的能力發(fā)展,而不是簡單的成績結(jié)果,符合素質(zhì)教育對學(xué)生能力的要求。合理調(diào)節(jié)六種課堂結(jié)構(gòu)要素,有利于創(chuàng)造一種掌握目標(biāo)定向的課堂氣氛,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本研究以TARGET動(dòng)機(jī)模式為理論基礎(chǔ),將其運(yùn)用于初中化學(xué)教學(xué)。在實(shí)驗(yàn)班進(jìn)行了TARGET模式教學(xué)策略干預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn),教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行了訪談和針對“中學(xué)生化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)查問卷”的調(diào)查。通過對訪談結(jié)果的分析、問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析以及學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績的比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)將TARGET模式應(yīng)用于初中化學(xué)教學(xué)中,能明顯提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),提升學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成績,有利于學(xué)生形成掌握目標(biāo)定向的課堂氣氛?梢,TARGET模式在初中化學(xué)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用是有效的,能提高中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,激發(fā)中學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),促進(jìn)有效教學(xué),值得在初中化學(xué)教學(xué)中進(jìn)一步推廣。論文主要分為六個(gè)部分。第一章是緒論,闡述了本課題的研究背景、研究意義和目的、研究思路和研究方法等。第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述,包括對TARGET模式、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)等核心概念的界定,并闡述了TARGET模式和化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第三章是研究的理論基礎(chǔ),闡述了TARGET模式和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的相關(guān)理論支撐,將TARGET模式和動(dòng)機(jī)的激發(fā)有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來。第四章是初中化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和分析,包括問卷的編制、問卷的調(diào)查結(jié)果及解釋,訪談的過程和結(jié)論。最后,針對調(diào)查結(jié)果和訪談小結(jié),設(shè)計(jì)了基于TARGET模式的課堂干預(yù)策略。第五章是TARGET模式在中學(xué)生化學(xué)教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐研究,主要介紹了實(shí)踐研究的步驟和過程,TARGET模式的具體教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)干預(yù)策略,并對實(shí)踐研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)對比分析。第六章是總結(jié)和改進(jìn)建議,總結(jié)了TARGET模式運(yùn)用于化學(xué)教學(xué)中得到的結(jié)論和相關(guān)教學(xué)建議,并進(jìn)行了研究反思以及提出了今后的努力方向。
[Abstract]:At present, in the middle school students group, the phenomenon of weariness and painstaking learning is common. Most students learn for score and study for examination, and there is no clear motivation for learning. In order to carry out quality education in middle school students, there are still great challenges. It is of great significance to promote the reform of basic education by effectively arousing the learning motivation of middle school students, enabling them to study actively and learning creatively. According to the six kinds of family structure of (Epstein) motivation system, Ames (Ames) puts forward the TARGET teaching model to stimulate classroom learning motivation. This model includes six elements of classroom structure: task design (Task design), power allocation (Authority distribution), affirmative way (Recognition practices), team arranges (Grouping arrangements), evaluation activities (Evaluation practices), time allocation (Time allocation). This kind of classroom model pays more attention to the students' learning process and emphasizes the development of students' ability, rather than the simple result of achievement, which accords with the requirement of quality education to students' ability. The reasonable adjustment of six kinds of classroom structure elements is conducive to creating a classroom atmosphere of mastering the goal orientation, arousing students' learning motivation and enhancing their interest in learning. Based on TARGET motivation model, this study is applied to junior high school chemistry teaching. In the experiment class, the intervention experiment of TARGET mode teaching strategy was carried out. Before and after the experiment, the students were interviewed and the questionnaire of chemical learning motivation of middle school students was investigated. Through the analysis of the interview results, the statistical analysis of the questionnaire results and the comparison of the students' academic achievements, it is found that the application of the TARGET model in junior high school chemistry teaching can obviously improve the students' learning motivation and improve their academic performance. It is helpful for students to form a classroom atmosphere of mastering goal orientation. It can be seen that the application of TARGET model in junior high school chemistry teaching is effective, which can improve the students' interest in learning, stimulate their learning motivation, and promote effective teaching, which is worthy of further promotion in junior high school chemistry teaching. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, research significance and purpose, research ideas and research methods. The second chapter is a literature review, including the definition of TARGET model, learning motivation, chemistry learning motivation and other core concepts, and describes the research status of TARGET model and chemistry learning motivation. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the study, the TARGET model and learning motivation related theoretical support, the TARGET model and motivation to combine organically. The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of junior high school chemistry learning motivation, including the preparation of the questionnaire, the questionnaire survey results and explanations, the interview process and conclusions. Finally, according to the survey results and interview summary, the classroom intervention strategy based on TARGET model is designed. The fifth chapter is the practice research of TARGET model in chemistry teaching of middle school students. It mainly introduces the steps and process of practice research, the concrete teaching design and teaching intervention strategy of TARGET model, and makes a statistical comparison and analysis on the results of practice research. The sixth chapter is the summary and improvement suggestion, summarizes the conclusion and the related teaching suggestion which the TARGET pattern applies in the chemistry teaching, and has carried on the research introspection and proposed the future direction.
