通化市初中課余體育鍛煉中開展射箭運動的可行性研究

【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今中學生學業(yè)壓力較大,業(yè)余生活時間較少。同時電子產(chǎn)品等信息化技術飛速發(fā)展,學生課余時間花費在電腦和手機等電子產(chǎn)品上較多,參加體育鍛煉上時間相對少了許多,不僅學生體質出現(xiàn)下降問題,同時越來越多的學生存在視力問題。射箭運動作為社會體育中一項新興項目具有較強的趣味性和自我挑戰(zhàn)性。其本身具有的特點,有利于初中生的身心健康發(fā)展,因參加射箭運動不受年齡與性別的限制,是一項適合終身參與的體育鍛煉項目。在研究過程中,通過文獻資料法、專家訪談法、實地考察法、問卷調查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,分析通化市地區(qū)的社會文化因素;通化市教育局、通化市軍體校和各初中學校體育主管老師的意愿情況;學生的意愿情況;所需教學資源情況以及開展的不利因素。射箭運動的開展有利于弘揚我國傳統(tǒng)文化、提高學生社會適應能力,促進學生全面發(fā)展,為射箭運動培養(yǎng)后備人才。本文對通化市初中課余體育鍛煉中開展射箭運動的可行性進行研究,通過研究得出以下結論:(1)通化市初中課余體育鍛煉中開展射箭運動,通化市初中課余體育鍛煉中開展射箭運動,符合我國體育工作的指導方針和陽光體育運動中提倡的相關內(nèi)容,有利于弘揚傳統(tǒng)文化和選拔射箭運動后備人才,因此具有開展的必要性。(2)近年來我國國內(nèi)射箭運動發(fā)展迅速,通化市射箭運動發(fā)展較好,因通化市的地區(qū)文化特色,射箭運動在通化市人們心中有一定的地位和向往性,所以在社會因素方面具有可行性。(3)通化市初中課余體育鍛煉中開展射箭運動,符合通化市教育局豐富課余體育鍛煉內(nèi)容的工作方針,學校領導和體育教師均較為支持,二中、五中、十三中三所學校的學生意愿情況較高,所以在政府意愿、學校意愿和學生意愿方面具有可行性。(4)通化市軍體校四名射箭教練和通化市師范學院體育學院每年的實習生可為各初中提供師資保障;通化市軍體校和通化市弓箭協(xié)會提供一定數(shù)量的器材和專業(yè)訓練場地,所以在教學資源方面具有可行性。(5)通化市初中課余體育鍛煉開展射箭運動不利因素主要有以下三方面:第一,課余體育鍛煉開展射箭運動的理論指導與實踐經(jīng)驗較少;第二,開展射箭運動的組織和管理問題;第三,開展射箭運動的安全隱患問題。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, middle school students are under great academic pressure and have less time in their spare time. At the same time, with the rapid development of information technology, such as electronic products, students spend more spare time on electronic products such as computers and mobile phones, and have less time to participate in physical exercise. At the same time, more and more students have vision problems. As a new item in social sports, archery has strong interest and self-challenge. Its own characteristics are conducive to the physical and mental development of junior high school students, because participating in archery is not limited by age and sex, it is a suitable physical exercise for life participation. In the course of the research, the social and cultural factors in Tonghua area are analyzed by the methods of literature, expert interview, field investigation, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. The wishes of the teachers in charge of physical education in military sports schools and junior high schools in Tonghua City; the wishes of students; the situation of teaching resources required and the unfavorable factors for their development. The development of archery is conducive to carrying forward the traditional culture of our country, improving students' ability to adapt to the society, promoting students' all-round development, and cultivating reserve talents for archery. This paper studies the feasibility of archery in junior middle school in Tonghua city, and draws the following conclusions: (1) archery is carried out after school in Tonghua junior middle school. The launching of archery in the after-school physical training of middle school in Tonghua City conforms to the guidelines of sports work in our country and the related contents advocated in sunshine sports, which is conducive to carrying forward traditional culture and selecting reserve talent for archery. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out archery in China. (2) in recent years, the archery movement has developed rapidly in China, and the archery movement in Tonghua City has developed better. Because of the regional cultural characteristics of Tonghua City, archery sport has a certain position and yearning in the hearts of people in Tonghua City. Therefore, in terms of social factors, it is feasible. (3) the archery campaign in junior middle school sports exercises in Tonghua City is in line with the work policy of enriching the content of after-school physical exercise in Tonghua City Education Bureau, and the school leaders and physical education teachers are more supportive. Fifth, the students' wishes in the Thirteenth Secondary three schools are relatively high, so the government wants to, The school will and the student will have the feasibility. (4) Tonghua city military sports school four archery coaches and the Tonghua normal college physical education institute each year intern may provide the teacher guarantee for each junior high school; Tonghua City military Sports School and Tonghua City Archer Association provide a certain number of equipment and professional training sites, Therefore, it is feasible in teaching resources. (5) there are three main unfavorable factors in developing archery sports after school physical training in Tonghua City: first, the theoretical guidance and practical experience of developing archery after school physical exercise is less; second, The organization and management of archery; third, the hidden dangers of archery.
