社會文化視域下中小學教師的教育信念研究

【摘要】:教師的教育信念是指教師在教育活動中對教育事業(yè)、教育原則及教育主張所信奉的觀念,即教師在教育活動中對某種職業(yè)觀、教育觀及師生觀的認同和確信。教育信念并非憑空產生,而是教師在文化,特別是在社會文化的影響下逐漸建構生成的。教師的教育信念與社會文化有著深刻的內在關聯(lián)。當前社會處于轉型期,社會文化的急劇變化沖擊著教師的教育信念,使其出現了偏差,陷入迷失境地。教育是基于信念的文化活動,基于信念的教育不能離開文化,教育信念問題也是文化問題。因此,從社會文化的視角展開研究,能夠從根源上理解和解決當前教師的教育信念問題。本研究主要采用文獻研究法和案例分析法對中小學教師的教育信念問題進行分析、思考。論文主要分三部分,首先,通過文獻研究在理論上闡釋社會文化與教育信念的內涵以及二者的內在關聯(lián);其次,在把握當前中小學教師的教育信念的文化境遇下,結合相關案例厘清教育信念的功利性、工具化、游離性等問題表征;最后,提出教育信念重建的文化構想;诮逃拍畹奈幕蚨,從教師的文化自覺和社會文化的引領兩個維度構建教育信念重建的文化策略。旨在為中小學教師的教育信念的變革提供參考,以期促進中小學教師積極教育信念的形成、發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teachers' educational belief refers to the teachers' belief in the cause, principles and propositions of education, that is, teachers' recognition and conviction of a certain view of profession, education and teachers and students in educational activities. Educational belief does not arise out of thin air, but is gradually constructed by teachers under the influence of culture, especially social culture. Teachers' educational beliefs and social culture are deeply related. At present, the society is in the transition period, the sharp change of the social culture has impacted the teacher's educational belief, caused it to appear the deviation, fell into the lost situation. Education is a cultural activity based on belief. Therefore, from the perspective of social culture, we can understand and solve the problem of teachers' educational beliefs. This research mainly uses the literature research method and the case analysis method to analyze the elementary and middle school teachers' educational belief. The thesis is divided into three parts. Firstly, through the literature research, it explains the connotation of social culture and educational belief and their inner relation, secondly, under the cultural circumstances of grasping the current educational belief of primary and secondary school teachers, Combined with relevant cases to clarify the utilitarian, instrumentalization, dissociation and other issues of representation of educational beliefs; finally, put forward a cultural concept for the reconstruction of educational beliefs. Based on the cultural dimension of educational belief, the cultural strategy of rebuilding educational belief is constructed from the two dimensions of teachers' cultural consciousness and social cultural guidance. The aim is to provide reference for the reform of teachers' educational beliefs in primary and secondary schools, and to promote the formation and development of positive educational beliefs of primary and secondary school teachers.
