摘要: 社會的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要往往是教育變革的直接動(dòng)力,而教育變革則是社會改革與發(fā)展的重要保障�；仡櫭绹⒅械冉逃臍v史發(fā)展可以發(fā)現(xiàn),20世紀(jì)80年代以來美國高中尤其是綜合高中的危機(jī)與轉(zhuǎn)型,正是社會發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)需要的結(jié)果。面對新的社會形勢,只有切實(shí)地實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校結(jié)構(gòu)與功能間的平衡,才能保證高中教育的良性發(fā)展。Abstract： The social needs motivate the educational changes generally，and educational changes are important guarantee for social changes and development. Since the 1980s， American high school，especially the comprehensive high school suffering crisis and transformation，is the result of social development. Under the new social conditions，only if could we keep the balance between school structure and functions，the high school would gain sound progress.
