高二生物教學(xué)中增援按摩知識(shí)初探
[Abstract]:At present, high school students have a lot of learning pressure, heavy tasks and long time. They need a lot of energy but have few opportunities to exercise and relax, which makes them prone to insomnia, sleepy in class, anxiety and a series of other problems. In order to explore whether massage can improve the learning state of high school students, the author conducted a study on massage knowledge education during the teaching practice. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Bishan Middle School to find out the students' attitude and willingness to massage. In order to study the effect of massage on senior two students, 54 students from 9 classes and 12 classes were selected as experimental group. In biology teaching, 62 students in 12 classes were taken as control group, and 62 students in 12 classes before and after class were added massage knowledge in biology teaching, and they were not taught massage knowledge in normal teaching. Two months after the experiment, to understand the effect of massage, the students in the experimental group were investigated with questionnaires and interviews. At the same time, the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested in October, November and December after the experiment. Finally, the two parts of the students' learning status and performance data are summarized and compared, so as to analyze the situation of massage to improve the learning situation of senior two students. The results showed that the improvement rate of insomnia, anxiety, sleep and brain fatigue were 27.78, 20.37, 38.89 and 51.58 respectively. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in October and November, but there was a significant difference between the two groups in December. There was no significant difference between the experimental group in October and November in biological monthly test scores. There was a very significant difference between December biological monthly test scores and the previous two biological monthly test results, while in the control group, there was no significant difference among the three biological monthly test scores. It can be seen that massage can significantly improve the learning situation of the sophomore students and improve their academic performance.
