高二生物教學(xué)中增援按摩知識(shí)初探

【摘要】:目前高中生學(xué)習(xí)壓力大,任務(wù)重且時(shí)間長(zhǎng),需耗大量精力而鍛煉放松的機(jī)會(huì)卻很少,使得容易產(chǎn)生失眠,上課犯困及焦慮等一系列問(wèn)題。為探索按摩是否能改善高中生易疲易困的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),筆者在教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)期間進(jìn)行按摩知識(shí)教育研究。在璧山中學(xué)高二全部理科班通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查了解學(xué)生對(duì)于按摩的態(tài)度及意愿。為研究按摩對(duì)高二學(xué)生的影響,在所從事教學(xué)的9班和12班中,選取9班54名學(xué)生作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對(duì)其在生物教學(xué)中增授按摩知識(shí)及課前課后的組織按摩;12班62名學(xué)生作為對(duì)照組,對(duì)其保持正常教學(xué)不增授按摩知識(shí)。兩個(gè)月實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,為了解按摩效果,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及訪談。同時(shí),統(tǒng)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)前10月及實(shí)驗(yàn)后11月、12月三次生物月考成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)。最后將這兩部分學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況和成績(jī)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總與對(duì)比,從而分析按摩改善高二學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況的情況。結(jié)果顯示:實(shí)驗(yàn)組中失眠狀況改善率為27.78%,焦慮現(xiàn)象改善率為20.37%,上課犯困的改善率為38.89%,大腦疲勞改善率為51.58%。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組間10月份和11月份生物月考成績(jī)均無(wú)顯著性差異,而12月份兩者間有顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)組本身10月和11月的生物月考成績(jī)無(wú)顯著性差異,12月份的生物月考成績(jī)與前兩次生物月考成績(jī)有極顯著差異;對(duì)照組的三次生物月考成績(jī)間均無(wú)顯著差異。由此可知,按摩能顯著改善高二學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)。
[Abstract]:At present, high school students have a lot of learning pressure, heavy tasks and long time. They need a lot of energy but have few opportunities to exercise and relax, which makes them prone to insomnia, sleepy in class, anxiety and a series of other problems. In order to explore whether massage can improve the learning state of high school students, the author conducted a study on massage knowledge education during the teaching practice. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Bishan Middle School to find out the students' attitude and willingness to massage. In order to study the effect of massage on senior two students, 54 students from 9 classes and 12 classes were selected as experimental group. In biology teaching, 62 students in 12 classes were taken as control group, and 62 students in 12 classes before and after class were added massage knowledge in biology teaching, and they were not taught massage knowledge in normal teaching. Two months after the experiment, to understand the effect of massage, the students in the experimental group were investigated with questionnaires and interviews. At the same time, the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested in October, November and December after the experiment. Finally, the two parts of the students' learning status and performance data are summarized and compared, so as to analyze the situation of massage to improve the learning situation of senior two students. The results showed that the improvement rate of insomnia, anxiety, sleep and brain fatigue were 27.78, 20.37, 38.89 and 51.58 respectively. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in October and November, but there was a significant difference between the two groups in December. There was no significant difference between the experimental group in October and November in biological monthly test scores. There was a very significant difference between December biological monthly test scores and the previous two biological monthly test results, while in the control group, there was no significant difference among the three biological monthly test scores. It can be seen that massage can significantly improve the learning situation of the sophomore students and improve their academic performance.
