社會生態(tài)學視域下中學生體育參與行為影響因素的分析

【摘要】:本研究采用文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,引入社會生態(tài)學理論研究對青島市中學生體育參與行為進行實證探討。研究通過文獻梳理,明確了研究所需的社會生態(tài)學因素為Dishman(1991)的理論研究,學者提出了影響體育參與行為的因素是個人因素、環(huán)境因素及體育的特質(zhì)。即個人因素是人口學統(tǒng)計變量、身體健康狀況、過去的體育習慣等;環(huán)境因素的包括體育設施、體育場所的方便性、時間安排的合適性、配偶的支持、社會的支持、家人的影響等;體育特質(zhì)包括體育健康信念、體育社會支持及體育自我效能的感覺。本研究結合研究對象和研究的調(diào)查對象,將明確為個人背景因素(年齡、性別與參與體育團隊經(jīng)驗)與環(huán)境因素(家庭體育設備與環(huán)境體育場地)與體育特質(zhì)(體育運動健康信念、體育社會支持與體育自我效能)三個因素變量同體育參與行為的影響效果。本研究主要從以下幾個方面進行討論:1.青島市中學生參與體育鍛煉的現(xiàn)狀,主要從參與體育鍛煉的方式、參與體育鍛煉的頻度、參與體育鍛煉的時間、參與體育鍛煉的強度以及參與體育鍛煉地點選擇。2.探討青島市中學生的群體社會學特征,主要從年齡因素、性別因素、參與體育團隊或(社團)經(jīng)驗、以及環(huán)境因素中的家庭體育設備說明與環(huán)境體育場地因素。3.探究青島市中學生體育的行為特征,主要從調(diào)查的個人因素特征、環(huán)境因素特征與體育特質(zhì)與體育參與之間的影響關系和影響效果。研究結果顯示:1.青島市中學生在體育參與行為現(xiàn)況中參與行為表現(xiàn)為以低、中強度運動為主。2.不同背景因素學生在體育參與行為的比較,初三年級學生體育參與行為中,在不同性別、有無參與體育社團經(jīng)驗中存在顯著差異;3.不同環(huán)境因素學生在體育參與行為的比較中,不同家庭體育設施及不同環(huán)境體育場地上有顯著差異。家庭體育設施設備數(shù)量在五項以上組的體育參與行為顯著高于家庭體育設備數(shù)量二項、三項的得分,其他組之間無顯著差異等結果。
[Abstract]:This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, and introduces the theory of social ecology to make an empirical study on the sports participation behavior of middle school students in Qingdao. The theoretical research of Dishman (1991) was made clear through literature review. The scholars put forward that the factors influencing sports participation behavior were individual factors, environmental factors and characteristics of sports. That is, personal factors are demographic variables, physical health status, past sports habits, etc. Environmental factors include sports facilities, convenience of sports venues, appropriateness of timing, support of spouses, social support, etc. Family influence, sports traits include sports health beliefs, sports social support and sports self-efficacy. In this study, combining the subjects of the study with the subjects of the study, the factors of personal background (age, etc.) will be clearly identified as individual background factors. Gender and participation in sports team experience) and environmental factors (family sports equipment and environmental sports venues) and sports characteristics (sports health beliefs), Sports social support and sports self-efficacy) three factor variables and the effect of sports participation behavior. This study mainly discusses the following aspects: 1. The present situation of middle school students participating in physical exercise in Qingdao is mainly from the way of participating in physical exercise, the frequency of participating in physical exercise, the time of participating in physical exercise, the intensity of participating in physical exercise and the selection of physical exercise location. 2. This paper discusses the sociological characteristics of middle school students in Qingdao from the aspects of age, sex, experience of participating in sports team or (community), and the description of family sports equipment and environmental sports field. 3. This paper explores the behavior characteristics of middle school students in Qingdao, mainly from the characteristics of individual factors, environmental factors, sports characteristics and sports participation. The results of the study show that 1: 1. In the present situation of sports participation behavior of middle school students in Qingdao City, the participation behavior is low and moderate intensity exercise is the main. 2. 2. Different background factors of students in sports participation behavior comparison, junior high school students in sports participation behavior, in different gender, there are significant differences in the experience of participation in sports associations. 3. Students with different environmental factors had significant differences in sports participation behaviors in different family sports facilities and different environmental sports venues. The number of family sports facilities in more than five groups of sports participation behavior was significantly higher than the number of family sports equipment two, three scores, other groups have no significant difference.
