傳播學視角下思想政治課師生互動研究

【摘要】:教師和學生是思想政治課的參與者,在教學中二者無時無刻不在溝通、交流。新課程改革的核心理念是促進每位學生的發(fā)展,強調(diào)讓學生成為課堂真正的主人,這就需要思想政治課中提高教師與學生之間的互動數(shù)量與質(zhì)量,摒棄教師單向講授的傳統(tǒng)教學方式,通過互動將課堂“還”給學生。師生的雙向互動對于增強思想政治課教學的實效性具有重要的意義,因此正確認識師生互動不僅有助于教師的教學工作更有效率,還有利于提高學生對思想政治課的學習,以及學生健全人格的培養(yǎng),真正做到教師教好書,育好人,寓教于樂,學教結(jié)合。本文以傳播學視角對思想政治課師生互動進行研究,首先對傳播學與師生互動的相關(guān)概念進行了界定,并分析探究傳播學與思想政治課師生互動之間的聯(lián)系,介紹了傳播學理論在中學思想政治課中的運用,為本文將傳播學和思想政治課師生互動的融合提供了理論依據(jù)。其次,為確保研究成果的有效性和實用性,筆者采用問卷調(diào)查法與訪談法,以傳播過程的五個要素為維度進行學生調(diào)查問卷設(shè)計,同時選擇了部分思想政治課教師進行訪談,對調(diào)查的結(jié)果進行分析。從調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)思想政治課師生互動中存在的問題較多,具體包括:互動主體地位不平等、互動內(nèi)容缺乏深度、學生互動參與意識低、互動渠道過于單一以及師生互動收效不佳。隨后,筆者針對存在的問題進行了原因分析,并提出了相應的五點建議對策,分別為:注重課程的議程設(shè)置與導向作用、增進教學內(nèi)容的涵化效果、利用合理的傳播技巧、發(fā)掘多元化的傳授渠道和采集有效的反饋信息。旨在提高思想政治課師生互動的有效性,從而更好地服務(wù)于思想政治課教學。
[Abstract]:Teachers and students are participants in ideological and political courses, they communicate and communicate all the time. The core idea of the new curriculum reform is to promote the development of each student and emphasize that students should be the real masters of the classroom. This requires the improvement of the quantity and quality of interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political class. The traditional teaching method of one-way teaching is abandoned, and the classroom is returned to the students through interaction. The two-way interaction between teachers and students is of great significance to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching. Therefore, a correct understanding of teacher-student interaction is not only helpful to teachers' teaching work more efficiently, but also conducive to improving students' study of ideological and political lessons. And the cultivation of students' sound personality, so that teachers teach good books, good people, education in fun, learning and teaching. This paper studies the teacher-student interaction in ideological and political course from the perspective of communication. Firstly, it defines the related concepts of communication and teacher-student interaction, and analyzes the relationship between communication and teacher-student interaction in ideological and political course. This paper introduces the application of communication theory in the ideological and political course of middle school, which provides a theoretical basis for the integration of communication theory and the interaction between teachers and students in the course of ideological and political education. Secondly, in order to ensure the validity and practicability of the research results, the author adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, and designs the questionnaire with the five elements of the communication process as the dimension, and selects some ideological and political teachers to interview at the same time. Analyze the results of the investigation. From the results of the investigation, it is found that there are many problems in the interaction between teachers and students in ideological and political classes, including the unequal status of the interactive subject, the lack of depth of the interactive content, and the low awareness of students' interactive participation. The interaction channel is too single and the effect of teacher-student interaction is not good. Then, the author analyzes the causes of the existing problems, and puts forward five corresponding suggestions, which are: pay attention to the agenda setting and guiding role of the curriculum, enhance the effect of acculturation of the teaching content, and utilize the reasonable communication skills. Explore a variety of teaching channels and collect effective feedback information. The purpose of this paper is to improve the effectiveness of the interaction between teachers and students in ideological and political courses, so as to better serve the teaching of ideological and political courses.
