【摘要】：我國(guó)有十三億多人口,約半數(shù)生活在農(nóng)村,一半以上學(xué)齡兒童也在農(nóng)村,這種情況決定了我國(guó)教育成功的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)在農(nóng)村。農(nóng)村初中生是我國(guó)農(nóng)村的未來(lái),也是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)和希望,因而加強(qiáng)對(duì)他們的教育尤其是思想道德教育,使其真正成為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,就顯得格外重要。近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家改革步伐的加快,城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷推進(jìn),新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,農(nóng)村社會(huì)發(fā)生了巨大的變化；多元化的文化信息,良莠不齊的各種思潮,顛覆傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值觀念等在農(nóng)村迅速擴(kuò)散,猛烈地沖擊著農(nóng)村初中生的思想道德教育,使其出現(xiàn)種種問題,難以適應(yīng)農(nóng)村社會(huì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)村初中生全面發(fā)展的需要。農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育存在哪些問題?是什么原因?qū)е铝诉@些問題的產(chǎn)生?如何解決這些問題、加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育?是當(dāng)前農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育亟待解決的重要的理論和實(shí)踐課題,也是本文要探討的主題。本文認(rèn)為,農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育是指教育者用以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為基礎(chǔ)的價(jià)值觀念、政治觀點(diǎn)、道德規(guī)范等,對(duì)農(nóng)村初中生施加有目的、有計(jì)劃、有組織的影響,并促使其自主地接受這種教育影響,從而形成符合我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展要求的思想品德的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。對(duì)農(nóng)村初中生加強(qiáng)思想道德教育具有重要意義：有助于解決農(nóng)村初中生思想品德方面存在的問題,有助于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村初中生的全面發(fā)展,有助于新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的順利進(jìn)行。在查閱文獻(xiàn)及社會(huì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,本文認(rèn)為,目前農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育存在的主要問題有：思想道德教育理念滯后,目標(biāo)模糊,內(nèi)容空泛,方法和手段簡(jiǎn)單,思想道德教育管理失當(dāng)?shù)取?dǎo)致這些問題的原因主要有：農(nóng)村初中教育功利性的消極影響,思想道德教育者素質(zhì)偏低,對(duì)農(nóng)村初中生的特點(diǎn)把握不到位及社會(huì)環(huán)境消極因素的負(fù)面影響等。如何解決這些問題,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育?本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)采取以下措施：明確農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育目標(biāo),豐富農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育內(nèi)容,改進(jìn)農(nóng)村初中生思想道德教育的方式方法,提高農(nóng)村初中思想道德教育者的綜合素質(zhì),優(yōu)化農(nóng)村初中思想道德教育的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:There are more than 1.3 billion people in China, about half of them live in rural areas, and more than half of school-age children are also in rural areas. This situation determines the key to the success of education in rural areas. Rural junior high school students are the future of our country's countryside as well as the future and hope of our motherland. Therefore, we should strengthen their education, especially ideological and moral education, so that they can truly become builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It's all the more important. In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of national reform, the continuous promotion of urbanization, the vigorous development of the new rural construction, the rural society has undergone tremendous changes; the diversity of cultural information, mixed trends of thought, Subversion of traditional values is spreading rapidly in rural areas, which impinges on the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students, and makes it difficult to meet the needs of rural social development and rural junior high school students' all-round development. What are the problems in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students? What causes these problems? How to solve these problems, strengthen and improve the rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education? It is an important theoretical and practical subject to be solved urgently in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students at present, and it is also the topic to be discussed in this paper. This paper holds that the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students refers to the values, political viewpoints and moral norms based on the socialist core values, which exert a purposeful, planned and organized influence on rural junior high school students. It also urges it to accept the influence of this kind of education independently, so as to form the social practice activity which accords with the social development request of our country ideological and moral character. It is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students: it is helpful to solve the problems existing in the ideological and moral character of rural junior high school students and to promote the overall development of rural junior high school students. It is helpful for the construction of new countryside and the smooth progress of new urbanization. On the basis of literature review and social investigation, this paper holds that the main problems in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students are: the idea of ideological and moral education lags behind, the goal is vague, the content is vague, and the methods and means are simple. Improper management of ideological and moral education. The main causes of these problems are: the negative impact of rural junior high school education utilitarianism, the low quality of ideological and moral educators, the rural junior high school students' characteristics do not grasp in place and the negative impact of social environment negative factors and so on. How to solve these problems and strengthen the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students? This paper holds that the following measures should be taken: to clarify the goal of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education, to enrich the content of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education, and to improve the ways and means of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education. Improve the comprehensive quality of rural junior middle school ideological and moral educators, optimize the environment of rural junior high school ideological and moral education.
