家庭因素對(duì)北京市中小學(xué)投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)的影響研究

【摘要】:北京田徑隊(duì)自1958年選拔了 26名中學(xué)生組成田徑集訓(xùn)隊(duì),在先農(nóng)壇體育場(chǎng)訓(xùn)練備戰(zhàn)第一屆全運(yùn)會(huì),自此之后涌現(xiàn)出了許多優(yōu)秀的投擲運(yùn)動(dòng)員,如李偉男的男子鐵餅全運(yùn)會(huì)三連冠的壯舉、男子標(biāo)槍李英彪和男子鉛球劉昊的全國冠軍。然而,自1993年七運(yùn)會(huì)后北京投擲再也沒有取得過冠軍,尤其最近的20多年,北京市的投擲項(xiàng)目可謂停滯不前、萎靡不振。造成這種現(xiàn)象的原因包括政府、學(xué)校及學(xué)生家長的重視程度不夠、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備配套不甚完善、師資隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)化素質(zhì)不高、訓(xùn)練模式傳統(tǒng)單一等諸多方面。本論文旨在通過對(duì)其中家庭因素的"路徑依賴"分析,深入探究家庭因素在投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)方面的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了幾點(diǎn)北京市中小學(xué)生投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)的有效發(fā)展路徑。本文立足于實(shí)地調(diào)研,以家庭社會(huì)學(xué)、體育教育學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、深度訪談和分析法等,對(duì)北京市中小學(xué)投擲后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、家庭因素對(duì)投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)的影響及推動(dòng)北京市投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行了深入的研究和分析。本文主體部分由五部分構(gòu)成。第一部分為緒論,主要闡述本論文的研究意義、相關(guān)研究動(dòng)態(tài)、理論基礎(chǔ)和研究方法等。第二部分闡述了家庭的相關(guān)概念及重要功能和對(duì)青少年成長的影響。第三部分分析了當(dāng)前北京市中小學(xué)投擲后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第四部分從家庭觀念、身體素質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、父母職業(yè)這四個(gè)家庭因素分析了家庭因素對(duì)投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)的影響。第五部分,提出了五點(diǎn)推動(dòng)北京市投擲后備人才培養(yǎng)有效發(fā)展路徑,首先樹立正確的人才培養(yǎng)觀,轉(zhuǎn)變家長的功利價(jià)值觀;其次打造"文武兼?zhèn)?新形象,轉(zhuǎn)變家長對(duì)投擲的固有偏見;再次加大政府重視力度,提高家長對(duì)投擲訓(xùn)練的關(guān)注度;另外暢通人才輸出機(jī)制,免除家長對(duì)子女未來發(fā)展的后顧之憂;最后切實(shí)提高教練員水平,使家長安心的將子女予以托付。
[Abstract]:Since 1958, the Beijing track and Field team has selected 26 middle school students to form a track and field training team to train and prepare for the first National Games at Xianongtan Stadium. Since then, many excellent throwers have emerged. Such as Li Weinan's men's discus National Games three consecutive feats, men's javelin Li Yingbiao and men's shot put Liu Hao national champion. However, Beijing has never won a championship in throwing since the Seventh Games in 1993, especially in the last 20 years. The causes of this phenomenon include the government, schools and parents of students pay less attention to the degree, infrastructure equipment is not perfect, the professional quality of teachers is not high, the training model is single and many other aspects. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the influence of family factors on the cultivation of reserve talents by analyzing the "path dependence" of family factors. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some effective development paths for Beijing primary and middle school students to throw reserve talents. Based on the field investigation, based on the knowledge of family sociology, physical education and other subjects, this paper applies literature research, in-depth interview and analysis to the present situation of throwing backup talents into primary and secondary schools in Beijing. The influence of family factors on the cultivation of throwing reserve talents and the promotion of the sustainable development of throwing reserve talents in Beijing are deeply studied and analyzed. The main part of this paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly elaborates the research significance, the related research trend, the theory foundation and the research method and so on. The second part expounds the related concepts and important functions of the family and its influence on the growth of adolescents. The third part analyzes the present situation and problems of throwing reserve talents in primary and middle schools in Beijing. The fourth part analyzes the influence of family factors on the cultivation of reserve talents from four family factors: family concept, physical quality, economic condition and parental occupation. In the fifth part, the author puts forward five points to promote the effective development path of throwing reserve talents training in Beijing. Firstly, it sets up a correct view of talent cultivation, changes the parents' utilitarian values, and then builds a new image of "both civil and military". To change parents' inherent bias towards throwing; to increase the attention of the government to the throwing training; in addition, to smooth the mechanism of talent export, so as to avoid parents' worries about the future development of their children; Finally, improve the level of coaches so that parents can trust their children.
