【摘要】：正1研究對象與方法1.1研究對象以中考跳繩項目應試攻略及輔助練習法為研究對象。1.2研究方法1.2.1文獻資料法通過中國知網、百度等搜索與本文相關的文獻資料,為研究框架的確定提供理論基礎。1.2.2專家訪談法對部分體育專家進行面對面的訪談,聽取相關意見與建議。1.2.3經驗總結法筆者通過多年參與中考測試實踐和所帶學生參加跳繩比賽時總結的實踐理論,從中獲得應試攻略和輔助練習方法。
[Abstract]:Research object and method 1.1 the object of study is to search the relevant documents of this paper by means of 1.2.1 document method, 1.2.1 document method, and so on, which are the research object of the Rope skipping Project in the middle school. To provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the research framework .1.2.2 expert interviews with some sports experts face to face, Listen to the relevant opinions and suggestions. 1.2.3 experience summary method the author obtains the strategy for the examination and the auxiliary practice method by taking part in the test practice of the middle school test for many years and the practical theory summarized when the students take part in the rope skipping competition.
