新高考走班制教學(xué)下高中化學(xué)課教學(xué)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:2014年9月份,國務(wù)院發(fā)布《關(guān)于深化考試招生制度的實(shí)施意見》,之后相繼出臺(tái)了一系列補(bǔ)充高考的文件,意味著新的一輪高考改革正式啟動(dòng)。本次高考改革在學(xué)生的成績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)方式、考試科目的設(shè)置及考試內(nèi)容的選擇等方面都有巨大的改變。2014年的這次高考改革對(duì)于高中化學(xué)課,不僅是一次全面發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì),更是一次空前困難的挑戰(zhàn)。據(jù)此,本文著重了解當(dāng)前新方案對(duì)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)化學(xué)課的影響,研究在高考改革試點(diǎn)階段因?yàn)樾碌母呖伎荚囍贫纫鸬囊幌盗袉栴},總結(jié)高中化學(xué)課教學(xué)在新高考改革階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,提出適于后期全國推廣實(shí)施時(shí)可采取的建議。此次高考改革與傳統(tǒng)高考最大的區(qū)別在于實(shí)行了選考制度,因此也造成了高中教學(xué)不得不實(shí)行走班制教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀。走班制這種學(xué)習(xí)組織方式在我國發(fā)展之初是為了彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)的班級(jí)授課制無法兼顧學(xué)生的差異性的缺點(diǎn)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的,新高考倡導(dǎo)的走班制學(xué)習(xí)組織形式,在選擇上提升了學(xué)生的自主性,較傳統(tǒng)高考而言,照顧到學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)學(xué)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前試點(diǎn)地區(qū)已經(jīng)大面積實(shí)行走班制的學(xué)習(xí)組織形式,但是由于整體的運(yùn)行方案并不成熟且并無借鑒的范本導(dǎo)致各個(gè)學(xué)校之間在組織形式上,管理措施上均不相同,導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)效果存在著很大的差異。本文主要在充分了解新高考改革的政策變化下,通過了解學(xué)生對(duì)高考實(shí)行選考政策和考試形式的改變以及高中教學(xué)采取走班制學(xué)習(xí)組織方式等幾方面的意見,探究新高考政策調(diào)整對(duì)高中化學(xué)課教學(xué)的影響。采取問卷和訪談?wù){(diào)查的形式對(duì)浙江省諸暨中學(xué)的化學(xué)課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,探究在當(dāng)下試點(diǎn)地區(qū)化學(xué)教學(xué)過程中可能存在的問題。并從學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校三角度提出解決對(duì)策。以期尋求科學(xué)、合理的解決方案。在新高考改革方案的試行期間,一線教師和各類高中學(xué)校都需順應(yīng)歷史的改革潮流,發(fā)揮自我優(yōu)勢(shì),提升工作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。與此同時(shí),也需要針對(duì)自身存在的問題,增大課程管理和校本課程開發(fā)能力,促進(jìn)改革的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:In September 2014, the State Council issued "suggestions on deepening the examination enrollment system", followed by a series of documents to supplement the college entrance examination, which means a new round of college entrance examination reform is officially launched. The college entrance examination reform has made tremendous changes in the way students evaluate their grades, the setting of examination subjects and the selection of examination contents. The 2014 college entrance examination reform is not only an opportunity for the overall development of senior high school chemistry courses, It is an unprecedented challenge. Based on this, this paper focuses on the impact of the current new scheme on the chemistry courses in the pilot areas, and studies a series of problems caused by the new college entrance examination examination system in the pilot stage of the reform of the college entrance examination. This paper summarizes the development of chemistry teaching in the reform stage of the new college entrance examination, and puts forward some suggestions suitable for the later stage of national popularization and implementation. The biggest difference between the reform of the college entrance examination and the traditional one lies in the practice of the selective examination system, which also results in the current situation that the high school teaching has to implement the class walking system. In order to make up for the shortcoming of traditional class teaching system which can not take into account the difference of students, the study organization mode of walking class system advocated by the new college entrance examination came into being in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional class teaching system in the beginning of the development of our country. Compared with the traditional college entrance examination, it takes into account the individual differences of the students and realizes the sustainable development of the students. At present, the pilot area has carried out the study organization form of shift system in a large area, but because the whole operation plan is not mature and there is no model for reference, each school has different organizational form and management measures. There are great differences in learning effects. In this paper, with the full understanding of the policy changes of the new college entrance examination reform, the author tries to understand the students' opinions on the policy of selecting the examination for the college entrance examination and the change of the examination form, as well as the way that the senior high school teaching adopts the "walking class system" to study and organize, etc. Explore the influence of the new college entrance examination policy adjustment on chemistry teaching in senior high school. The present situation of chemistry teaching in Zhuji Middle School in Zhejiang Province is studied by means of questionnaire and interview to explore the possible problems in the process of chemistry teaching in the present pilot area. And from the students, teachers, schools three angles to solve the problem. In order to seek scientific, reasonable solutions. During the trial period of the new college entrance examination reform program, teachers and all kinds of senior high schools should conform to the trend of history reform, give play to their own advantages and enhance their job competitiveness. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the ability of curriculum management and school-based curriculum development to promote the smooth progress of reform.
