鹽城市中小學(xué)校園足球訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:校園足球?qū)⑹俏覈嗌倌曜闱蚝髠淙瞬排囵B(yǎng)的重要途徑,鹽城市在青少年足球培養(yǎng)方面取得一定的成績,為了尋找適合青少年足球培養(yǎng)有效模式,總結(jié)鹽城市中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析等研究方法,對鹽城市16所中學(xué)、16所小學(xué)足球訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)在教育部、國家體育總局政策引領(lǐng)下,鹽城市教育局對中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動進(jìn)行長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃,采用以賽帶練的模式,促進(jìn)了中小學(xué)足球運(yùn)動的開展。(2)鹽城市教練員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)以本科為主,但男、女教練員比例失調(diào),教練專職化比例較低。(3)鹽城市大部分中小學(xué)已制定相關(guān)管理制度,且課余訓(xùn)練嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)章制度執(zhí)行。各學(xué)校訓(xùn)練次數(shù)、訓(xùn)練時間等方面有一定的差異性。(4)影響鹽城市教練員訓(xùn)練效果的因素主要有后勤保障、教練員職業(yè)化、教練員事業(yè)心、教練員的執(zhí)教年限、執(zhí)教經(jīng)歷。(5)鹽城市教練員訓(xùn)練態(tài)度積極,但是在態(tài)度的三個維度中,表現(xiàn)出一定的差異性,具體體現(xiàn)在教練員認(rèn)知因素得分高于情感因素和行為意向因素。(6)鹽城市中小學(xué)足球訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)存在非均衡性,且差異較大,即足球后備人才培養(yǎng)基地學(xué)校有充足的訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi),而普通中小學(xué)訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)較為缺乏。(7)校園足球訓(xùn)練受到多種因素的困擾。針對研究結(jié)論,總結(jié)鹽城市中小學(xué)足球訓(xùn)練現(xiàn)狀,并從實(shí)際出發(fā)提出可行對策:(1)體育、教育部門要充分發(fā)揮政策調(diào)控職能,優(yōu)化資源配置,確保校園足球可持續(xù)開展。(2)針對女足制定詳細(xì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,促進(jìn)男足和女足協(xié)同發(fā)展。(3)各中小學(xué)要制定足球發(fā)展規(guī)劃,完善各種規(guī)章制度,確保校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展。(4)采用多種方式提高訓(xùn)練效果。(5)完善激勵制度,確保教練員訓(xùn)練積極性。
[Abstract]:Campus football will be an important way for the training of young football reserve talents in our country. Yancheng City has made certain achievements in the training of juvenile football. In order to find an effective model for the training of juvenile football and summarize the successful experience of football training in Yancheng City primary and secondary schools, this article adopts the literature method, expert interview and questionnaire. Investigation method, logic analysis and other research methods, Yancheng City 16 middle schools, 16 primary school football training status of investigation and research, draw the following conclusions: (1) under the guidance of the Ministry of education, the State Administration of physical education policy, Yancheng City Education Bureau for primary and secondary school football in the long-term planning, the use of competition model, promoting primary and secondary football sports (2) the age structure of the Yancheng City coaches is more reasonable, the educational structure is based on the bachelor's degree, but the proportion of male and female coaches is disproportions and the proportion of full-time coach is low. (3) most of the primary and secondary schools in Yancheng City have established the relevant management system, and the after-school training is strictly according to the rules and regulations. The training times of each school and the training time are certain. (4) the factors that affect the training effect of Yancheng City coaches are mainly logistic support, coach professionalism, coach career, coach's teaching life, and teaching experience. (5) the training attitude of coaches in Yancheng City is positive, but in the three dimensions of attitude, there are certain differences, which are embodied in the cognitive factors of the coaches. The score is higher than emotional factors and behavioral intention factors. (6) Yancheng City primary and secondary school football training funds have non equilibrium, and the difference is large, that is, football reserve personnel training base schools have sufficient training funds, and ordinary primary and secondary training funds are relatively lack. (7) the school foot ball training is troubled by various factors. The present situation of Yancheng City primary and middle school football training is put forward, and the practical countermeasures are put forward from the actual conditions: (1) sports, the education department should give full play to the function of policy and control, optimize the allocation of resources and ensure the sustainable development of the campus football. (2) to develop detailed development plans for women's football and promote the coordinated development of men's feet and women's feet. (3) every primary and secondary school should formulate football development rules. Plan, improve all kinds of rules and regulations to ensure the sustainable development of campus football. (4) improve the training effect in many ways. (5) improve the incentive system to ensure the training of coaches.
