不同時間中等強度體育鍛煉對初中生執(zhí)行功能和學業(yè)成績影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:研究不同時間中等強度體育鍛煉對初中生執(zhí)行功能與學業(yè)成績的影響,并采用路徑分析方法探討執(zhí)行功能在體育鍛煉與學業(yè)成績關系中所起的作用。方法:按照方便取樣的原則選取揚州市某中學初二年級5個教學班共250名學生作為實驗對象,采用隨機抽樣的方式分為4個實驗班和1個對照班,進行不同時間中等強度體育鍛煉的干預,實驗干預持續(xù)8周。實驗前后對所有被試的執(zhí)行功能和學業(yè)成績進行測量,執(zhí)行功能測量采用E-prime系統(tǒng)在計算機上完成,學業(yè)成績采用被試實驗前后的兩次期末考試的學業(yè)成績。結果:(1)不同時間中等強度體育鍛煉對初中生執(zhí)行功能整體、抑制功能和轉換功能具有顯著影響,對刷新功能沒有顯著影響;(2)在45min體育鍛煉中累積27±1.35min中等運動強度的初中生,語文、數(shù)學和英語的學業(yè)成績均有提高且效果最好,但不同時間中等強度體育鍛煉對初中生的語文、數(shù)學和英語學業(yè)成績影響沒有顯著差異;(3)在45min體育鍛煉中累積22.5±1.35min、27±1.35min中等運動強度的學生,執(zhí)行功能的轉換功能對學業(yè)成績的間接效應具有顯著性。結論:(1)中等強度體育鍛煉的累積時間達到20min以上對初中生抑制功能和轉換功能的效益最為顯著;(2)持續(xù)8周、每周3次、每次累積持續(xù)25min左右的中等運動強度體育鍛煉對初中生學業(yè)成績具有積極影響;(3)體育鍛煉主要通過執(zhí)行功能的轉換功能對學業(yè)成績產生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of middle intensity physical exercise on the executive function and academic achievement of junior high school students at different times, and to explore the role of executive function in the relationship between physical exercise and academic achievement by means of path analysis. Methods: according to the principle of convenient sampling, 250 students in 5 teaching classes of middle school grade two in Yangzhou were selected as experimental objects. The students were divided into 4 experimental classes and 1 control class by random sampling. The intervention of moderate intensity physical exercise at different time lasted for 8 weeks. The executive function and academic achievement of all the subjects were measured before and after the experiment. The executive function was measured by E-prime system on the computer. The academic results were obtained from the two final examinations before and after the experiment. Results (1) moderate intensity exercise had significant effects on executive function, inhibition function and conversion function of junior high school students at different time, but had no significant effect on refreshing function. The junior high school students who accumulated 27 鹵1.35min moderate exercise intensity in 45min exercise had significant effects. The academic achievement of Chinese, mathematics and English are all improved and the effect is the best, but the middle intensity physical exercise at different time is good for the Chinese of junior high school students. There was no significant difference between mathematics and English academic achievement. (3) there was a significant indirect effect of executive function conversion function on academic achievement among students who accumulated 22.5 鹵1.35 minutes or 27 鹵1.35min moderate exercise intensity in 45min exercise. Conclusion (1) the cumulative time of moderate intensity physical exercise above 20min is the most significant benefit to the inhibition and conversion function of junior high school students.) it lasts for 8 weeks, 3 times a week. The average intensity of physical exercise with cumulative sustained 25min has a positive effect on the academic achievement of junior high school students.) physical exercise has an effect on academic achievement mainly through the conversion function of executive function.
