當(dāng)代中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識培育研究

【摘要】:我們國家正處于全面建成小康社會(huì)的重要時(shí)期,舉國上下正在全面深化改革,全面推進(jìn)依法治國,努力建立富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國家。規(guī)則是建立良好社會(huì)秩序的基本保障,任何社會(huì)的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定都要靠規(guī)則來維系。中學(xué)生是國家的未來,民族的希望,中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識的培育,對于國家依法治國和小康社會(huì)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有及其重要的意義。隨著時(shí)代的變化和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,中學(xué)生的規(guī)則意識有了很大的提升,但在多種因素的制約和影響下,仍然存在不少問題。這不僅不利于中學(xué)生自身綜合素質(zhì)的提高,更不利于我國法治社會(huì)和全面小康社會(huì)的建成。中學(xué)階段是青少年成長的關(guān)鍵階段,尊重和遵守規(guī)則是一個(gè)現(xiàn)代青少年必須具備的品格。欠缺規(guī)則意識,青少年將無法完成自己人格的塑造,將會(huì)給國家、社會(huì)以及個(gè)人都帶來巨大的不良影響。本文從全面建成小康社會(huì),依法治國的大背景出發(fā),通過分析中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識的內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn)入手,論述了中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識的培育意義。規(guī)則意識是中學(xué)生成長成才全面發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),是形成良好的規(guī)則意識環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ),是國家民族穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)保障,也是依法治國和全面建成小康社會(huì)的必然要求。通過問卷調(diào)查,對當(dāng)前中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識存在的問題進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn)目前中學(xué)生存在規(guī)則意識認(rèn)知差異、規(guī)制認(rèn)知和行為脫節(jié)、規(guī)則評價(jià)缺乏客觀性等現(xiàn)象,通過分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)這些現(xiàn)象的存在,集中體現(xiàn)了目前中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識培育工作的不足,包括中學(xué)生對規(guī)則意識的認(rèn)知欠缺,規(guī)則意識培育工作重智育輕德育、重理論輕實(shí)踐,以及學(xué)校規(guī)則意識培育沒有與家庭社會(huì)培育形成合力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識培育工作的改進(jìn)建議,首先,明確規(guī)則意識培育需要遵循的基本原則,包括以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為方向,堅(jiān)持實(shí)踐性和互動(dòng)性,堅(jiān)持持續(xù)性和漸進(jìn)性等原則,推進(jìn)中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識的提升。然后,在基本原則的引導(dǎo)下,加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生對規(guī)則意識的認(rèn)知和認(rèn)同、從中國傳統(tǒng)文化中提取價(jià)值來豐富規(guī)則意識內(nèi)容、通過例會(huì)制度、表先表優(yōu)等方面完善規(guī)則意識培育制度,以及構(gòu)建學(xué)校、社會(huì)和家庭三位一體的培育體系,綜合多方的力量來提高中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識培育的實(shí)效。旨在通過本文的研究,加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生對規(guī)則的認(rèn)知和認(rèn)可,提高中學(xué)生規(guī)則意識培育的質(zhì)量和實(shí)效,為廣大青少年教育工作者的工作實(shí)踐,為國家和社會(huì)依法治國和小康社會(huì)的目標(biāo)建設(shè),提供可供參考的思路和建議。
[Abstract]:Our country is in an important period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. All over the country are deepening the reform comprehensively, comprehensively promoting the rule of law, striving to build a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country. Rules are the basic guarantee to establish good social order. The development and stability of any society must be maintained by rules. The middle school students are the future of the country, the hope of the nation, and the cultivation of the awareness of the rules of the middle school students, which is of great significance to the realization of the strategic goal of governing the country according to law and of a well-off society. With the change of the times and the development of the society, the awareness of rules of middle school students has been greatly improved, but under the restriction and influence of many factors, there are still many problems. This is not only unfavorable to the improvement of the comprehensive quality of middle school students, but also to the establishment of the society of rule of law and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way. The middle school stage is the key stage of the youth growth. Respecting and obeying the rules is the character that a modern teenager must possess. Without a sense of rules, teenagers will not be able to shape their own personality, which will bring great adverse effects to the country, society and individuals. Starting from the background of building a well-off society and governing the country according to law, this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of middle school students' rule consciousness, and discusses the significance of cultivating middle school students' rule consciousness. Rule consciousness is the foundation for the all-round development of middle school students, the foundation for forming a good environment of rule consciousness, the basic guarantee for the stable development of the nation, and the inevitable requirement for governing the country according to law and building a well-off society in an all-round way. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper makes statistics on the problems existing in the rule consciousness of middle school students, and finds out that there are differences in the cognition of rule consciousness, the disconnection between regulation cognition and behavior, the lack of objectivity in rule evaluation and so on. It is found that the existence of these phenomena reflects the deficiency of the training work of middle school students' awareness of rules, including the lack of cognition of the students' awareness of rules, the emphasis on intellectual education and moral education, and the emphasis on theory and practice. And the cultivation of school rules consciousness has not formed a joint force with the family society cultivation. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the cultivation of middle school students' awareness of rules. Firstly, it makes clear the basic principles that should be followed in the cultivation of awareness of rules, including taking socialist core values as the direction, insisting on practicality and interaction. Adhere to the principles of sustainability and gradualism, promote the promotion of high school students' awareness of rules. Then, under the guidance of the basic principles, we should strengthen the middle school students' cognition and recognition of rule consciousness, extract value from Chinese traditional culture to enrich the content of rule consciousness, and perfect the training system of rule consciousness through regular meeting system, listing first and showing excellence, etc. And to build a trinity system of school, society and family, to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of high school students' awareness of rules. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the middle school students' cognition and recognition of the rules, to improve the quality and practical effect of the cultivation of the students' awareness of rules, and to serve as the working practice of the vast number of youth educators. It provides some ideas and suggestions for the country and society to govern the country according to law and to build a well-off society.
